Soothing essential oil!

This smells amazing - not too strong and really relaxes you. It doesn’t solve my waking in the middle of the night issue (hello, menopause!), but I definitely fall asleep quicker and just feel relaxed overall. I put it on my temples and behind my ears.

This roll-on is not any bigger around than your pointer finger very small very very very small I hope it lasts though cuz the ball on it is metal instead of plastic, so we'll see if it works
