Finally! My 66 year old face has found a tinted moisturizer that i hope to use all summer. A couple things. I live in FL where the heat is not so bad it’s the humidity with the heat that is a killer. I have dry, sensitive skin that i started taking care of when i was 18. I am a firm believer in skincare, not so much makeup. If you keep care of your skin you should not need as much makeup. As you age, your skin changes. What worked last summer to keep my face moisturized is not working this year. What works in the summer, has never worked well in the winter. Although i do apply moisturizer on my entire face i depend on a tinted moisturizer instead of foundation during the summer. I like a tinted moisturizer that illuminates as well as hydrates and covers uneveness. It must be blendable and not look cakey or emphasize my pores. Sheer, buildable coverage. Non oily. Huge selection of tints to pick from. I have tried so many of the best brands out there. This is my fav for this year and i hope beyond!

Love! I’m not big on wearing a bunch of foundation! I bought this because it checked off all my boxes! It’s a moisturizer, tinted, & has SPF! It’s not heavy on the skin & it didn’t make my skin feel oily! I have a light complexion so the color was perfect for me! I have recommended this to friends!

This is my absolute favorite "foundation" to wear. I wear this instead of any heavy foundation. The coverage is buildable and my dry skin soaks it right up! It looks natural and still corrects and evens out my skin, and the SPF is amazing. I will never go back to a heavy foundation! It's truly amazing.

Yes, the cosmetics brand Laura Mercier was indeed acquired by a Japanese company, Shiseido in 2016. Shiseido Americas acquired Gurwitch Products, the holding company for Laura Mercier and another luxury skincare brand, ReVive. Later, in 2021, Shiseido sold Laura Mercier, along with BareMinerals and Buxom, to a private equity firm, Advent International, according to multiple sources. The formula for this tinted moisturizer has changed drastically. I had been happily using the shade 3N1 Sand but found when I tried to reorder it in February 2025 that it had been discontinued and the new shade, I was informed, was now entitled 3N Sand. It is in no way the same. The new formulation is much darker, thicker and does not go on smoothly. I have tried using moisturizer first, or conversely mixing moisturizer with this product without a good resolution as far as getting it to go on smoothly. Unfortunately, I did not try to use the product until after the window for return had closed and now am stuck with it. Buyer beware about the thickness and dissimilarity to what you had been using and expect.

Great product! I have been looking for a tinted sunblock for everyday use and this is def it! The coverage is actually a lot more than I thought to the point where I rarely use my other foundation anymore. I have not had any bad reactions and it’s great for combo skin. It keeps my face moisturized enough but not dry.
