I really like the color “A Latte Love.” It’s a beautiful, wearable rosy nude, and once it’s on, it leaves my lips feeling very soft and hydrated. My only complaint is that the balm felt gritty when I first applied it, almost like there was fine sand in the formula. I was concerned it was defective, but after swiping it on the back of my hand several times, the texture became smooth and buttery. It seems the product may have developed small wax crystals, possibly from temperature changes during shipping or storage. If yours feels grainy at first, don’t panic—it may smooth out after a few uses. Overall, I really like the shade and the moisturizing finish, but I wish it arrived with the silky texture I expected. ... show more

I almost returned this lip balm as I thought the color was much lighter than I chose. However, after it set for a few minutes it turned to the desired color. It goes on creamy and feels very smooth and silky. The only thing I didn’t know (my bad) is it only last for 35-40 minutes. I didn’t know lip balm needed to be reapplied so often. Now I know and I still love it. Probably will purchase lipstick in the future instead as the cost is pricey and probably will be used up quickly. ... show more

Great Product! "A Latte Love" color fits my skin tone, which is fair & freckly. It slides on smoothly. I like it as a neutral & natural color. It is currently my favorite lipstick, as it can be worn anytime, any day, and any situation.

I really wanted to love this lip balm because the color is exactly what I was looking for. It’s a beautiful, wearable shade that looks great when you first apply it. Unfortunately, the formula just didn’t work for me. I found it to be much more drying than I expected, and after a while it started to look cakey on my lips, especially if they weren’t perfectly smooth. I’ve had better luck applying a very moisturizing product, like Aquaphor, over the top. That helps with the dryness and makes it look much nicer. If you already have dry lips, you may want to keep that in mind before purchasing. The color is lovely, but I wish the formula were more hydrating. ... show more

I’m new to Laura Geller, and as such, have only tried a couple of other products besides this one. I wanted a lightly colored lip balm because I dislike having bare lips but get tired of clear, generic brands. I decided to try this, and I really love it so far. It feels slightly thicker than gloss, but is still sheer enough to wear any time. I spent a ridiculous amount of time trying to decide what color to order. I wanted a completely natural-looking color without pinks or berries, but not a straight up brown tint. This color (A Latte Love) is described as “rosy brown,” and I can say that description is spot on. It is a natural brown-ish, with just enough rose. I have Sassy Spice and Purely Pink liners, and this looks absolutely perfect with both. Purely Pink brings out the rosiness of this balm, and Sassy Spice tones it down. Great combos. ... show more
