It is dense enough that it blends powder products in well but is fluffy enough to give you an airbrushed look. I haven't had any problems with the packaging so far. My new favorite foundation brush! I normally use real techniques but they discontinued the brush that I use. So far this one is great. Doesn’t make my foundation look streaky and the hairs are still intact after cleaning it every week.
