Fits nicely on a queen-size bed with an 11-inch mattress. Large enough that if it shrinks a little when washed it will be fine. Lightweight and perfect for summer, but still keeping me warm on chilly late summer and early fall nights in the mountains. I think it might even get me through a good part of the winter. Quilt is reversible with intricate quilting on both sides. Doesn't slide off the bed like some lower-quality quilts often do. Quilt is reversible so you can periodically change up the look. Tops of the pillow shams are the same double-sided quality as the quilt. You can reverse the shams, but the back side shows the wrong side of the fabric, which you really can't see, and you lose the nice edge. Doesn't look horrible and adds a bit of variety. Overall, this is a nice-looking comforter that is just as cute in person as advertised! I’ll start off with the problems, but keep in mind that I do really like this comforter. The main issue I have with this comforter is with the quality. I was willing to pay a bit more for a nice quality comforter. The material has a cheap feel, and is not the most comfortable. It could definitely be worse, but I was slightly disappointed in this aspect. I’d be happy to have this comforter in a guest room, but personally for my bed, I’d want to sleep under something a bit softer and more high-quality feeling. Also, there are several loose threads in the pillow stitching and the main comforter stitching. All this being said, I love the style, especially on inside of the comforter. The base color is a true white, not cream, so keep that in mind from a design perspective. The pattern is timeless, and I love the coffee brown florals. I’ve used this comforter for the past few nights, and I think it’s nice and light. I like to use a heavy down comforter for the weight, and this bedding is not too warm, which I love. I can comfortably use the down comforter on top sleeping at 70 degrees without getting too hot during the night. Overall, I would recommend this comforter, unless you take issue with loose threads or are looking for a very soft fabric. ... show more

I love Laura Ashley products and this is just another example of this brands quality. The quilt is not thick or heavy but a great weight for year round. Add with a blanket for the cooler nights and perfect for the warmer nights with a sheet. Easy to wash and dry and comes out of the dryer ready to be placed on the bed. It is a bit stiff when it arrives so I recommend washing first. Beautiful colors. I purchased the king size for a queen bed and the hang over is perfect for a box spring without having to add a skirt. ... show more
