So initially when we ordered this product we recieved the wrong item by mistake. Customer service worked with us and sent us the correct item right away while letting us keep the wrong item. We had purchased a hamper like this from a different brand sometime prior, but chose this product for the drawer space it provided, and we actually like this item better. The hamper racks that you pull out will pull completely out so you don't have to remove and reattach the bags every time unlike the product from the other brand we initially bought. So with that being said I'm very happy with this product and even kinda happy about the mistake as crazy as that sounds because I love the other item we recieved from them too. ... show more

First, I took the panel out of the box and it was damaged. I let that go. Then I was putting it together and there a hole where the rod is supposed to attach the panel. The hole is too big and the screw won’t stay in. THEN I continue to put it together and it’s bent. Where I live it is hard to return large items. So I’m going to deal with it but for the price I paid it is junk. ... show more

The my first order shipped the wrong model (I ordered the 4 section sorter, but the 3 section sorter was sent). Fortunately I realized this before unpacking it much, so it was fairly easy to get packed up and Amazon sent UPS to pick it up the next day. My replacement was shipped with USPS (the first was delivered by Amazon) and the carrier dropped it over my fence causing one of the rails for holding the sorter bags to get bent out of shape a bit. Fortunately it was not too difficult to bend back. Overall the quality is about what I expected, the directions were clear, and it was not very difficult to put together. ... show more

    • Nice, Could be Excellent with Modifications
This laundry hamper is nice and the frame feels sturdy. It doesn't feel wobbly and easily rolls with the wheels. It was very straightforward and easy to put together. I like the overall structure. I was surprised the drawer are fully fabric and the fronts are a faux wood material. It looks fine and it is a good wood dupe to match the top. It looks nice, but I think I may add some sticky contact paper on the top and drawer fronts. This works best if the bins are always hanging in the frame. The laundry hampers are not easy to deal outside of the frame because they have no side structure. They really need those metal poles in the four corners that hold them up like some laundry bins have. The metal racks have some weight to them and the bins just crumple down under the weight if not hanging in the frame. Loading and unloading works best when the bins are in the frame. If not, you need one hand on the metal piece lifting it up. It's not easy to take the bins off/on the metal rack pieces because one side velcros to the back. To attach them, the metal rack is hinging on the front edge of the rails and it is awkward. I just leave them hanging on the metal rack all the time. Also, the velcro can stick to some fabrics if you have the bin fully loaded so I would have to be careful about that. The metal racks that hold the bins scrape against the metal rails and it isn't a great/sound feel. I want to add some felt on the metal racks to prevent the sound. ... show more

This is such a great laundry hamper. I had one a long time ago that had two hamper baskets, but this one is so great! It has 4 laundry hampers and 3 drawers, that is so handy! The hamper is very sturdy. The instructions were clear and easy to follow, and the assembly was straightforward and I was very pleased with the finished product.
