***UPDATE*** 5-stars for excellent customer service. The seller reached out 3 days after my review via my Amazon inbox/messages and offered a solution that I was happy to accept. I did end up keeping the hamper even with its defect. After a month of use, I am happy with the overall quality of the hamper. I did not experience any other issues other than the one previously mentioned. I am happy to have everything looking tidy, organized, and aesthetic. As a side note, the top of my drier is still collecting random items that really shouldn’t be there. Lol. I assembled this hamper completely, only to find a major defect at the last step: one leg has a faulty pre-drilled hole, so neither the wheel nor foot peg can be attached. I even tried forcing the screw and likely just stripped it. I like to wheel the hamper when cleaning, so this isn’t just cosmetic—it affects functionality. Now I’m stuck either leaving the bare metal legs on my tile floor or returning the whole thing. At first glance, this felt like a solid 4-star product—sleek, space-saving, and cute. The felt drawers are roomy, and the bags and drawers are sturdy enough for light to moderate use. I probably would’ve kept it if it had made it through a laundry cycle or two before the return window closed. Another consideration: the drawers don’t have stoppers and can slide out completely if you’re not careful. If not for the manufacturing issue, this would’ve been an easy keeper. I love my hamper it looks so pretty! It is the perfect size for where I want to put it. It's perfect for seniors and a single person. I kept getting interupted so I can't say how long it took me. The instructions were very detailed, easy to follow and read, everything had a number or a letter on it, so you cannot mess up, at all. It's as sturdy as you tighten it, my is very sturdy, not flimsy. I put the wheels on mine and it rolls so smooth. The drawer slides in and out easily. I got mine on sale and it is worth every penny. I would recommend this hamper. This seller did not disappoint, I receive it on time and the carrier followed my delivery instructions to the tee. I love it so much that I'm asking around to see if anyone that I know is interested in one, so I can order them one. ... show more

Very easy to put together, just pay attention to the directions of all the pieces in the images before you start screwing in pieces. I took a star away for 2 reasons. 1) the bags pull all the way out of the drawer area too easily and 2) the bags don't stand up on their own while emptying them. However, it looks great in my laundry room and seems to be pretty sturdy. I also like that the wheels lock & unlock, making it easier to roll over to the washer. I do recommend this for anyone like me who had 2 old hampers sitting in their laundry room. Now it looks like an intentional piece of furniture. ... show more

After reading warnings in the reviews, I decided to try it. I am so glad I bit the bullet. It is well made and sturdy. I've had it for a few months now. Doesn't seem cheaply made at all. It was easy to put together. I will probably buy this again if I have a need.

This laundry sorter is so helpful! It's the best purchase I've made in a while. I had bought a different one from a different brand and returned it due to poor quality, so I was nervous about ordering another. However, this one was exactly what I wanted. It was quick and easy for one person to assemble, and there were no issues. This has a metal frame and particle board shelf with fabric drawers. I was aware of that upfront so it wasn't a problem and haven't had any quality issues come up. It comes with both wheels and feet, but I chose to use the wheels, which work great and lock reliably. It's a good height so I don't have to bend over and aggravate my chronic pain, which is the reason I got this. It's narrow enough that it fits in my hallway right outside the laundry area. The drawers slide out completely for easy access, as well as the four separate laundry bags. The only drawback I see is that it's probably too small for a larger family. I only do laundry for two people so it works perfectly for that. However, the laundry bags can't hold more than that, and I do laundry weekly. I made some labels to put on the metal frame above each laundry bag for sorting purposes, and some of the bags fill up faster than the others, like towels, so something to keep in mind when it comes to your particular laundry needs. For me though, I can't express just how grateful I am for this laundry sorter. As someone with chronic pain, it's helping me to maintain some semblance of independence, and that is definitely worth the cost. ... show more

Do not buy this product! It was delivered and right away, pieces fell apart. The first step in assembly is to connect two rails to a fake wood piece, and the screws provided are not long enough, the wood snapped with almost no pressure placed on it, and the rails are improperly sized. What a waste of money and a total joke. Save yourself the hassle of replacing/sending back and save your $$. ... show more

The my first order shipped the wrong model (I ordered the 4 section sorter, but the 3 section sorter was sent). Fortunately I realized this before unpacking it much, so it was fairly easy to get packed up and Amazon sent UPS to pick it up the next day. My replacement was shipped with USPS (the first was delivered by Amazon) and the carrier dropped it over my fence causing one of the rails for holding the sorter bags to get bent out of shape a bit.
