Rease is in Amberling looking for her first big scoop. She is looking into the murder of a prominent local businessman. Police Chief David isn't very happy about the journalist poking around in his case. When they both seem to be hitting brick walls, they find themselves accidentally locked inside the victim's office! By the time they finally get out of there, they have agreed to join forces if they are going to solve this case! Can they possibly work together? Will they find the killer before something else happens? Great story! I hope this won't be the only book where we see these characters! I want to see more of them! ... show more
