It came with a clean box packaging. Lots of accessories accompanied such as a razor and glasses that you need to wear while using it. The product gave good results after the first use for about 5-6 weeks. Even my husband used it and was surprised by the good results.

The media could not be loaded. I originally bought this to cut hairs of my mice for surgeries. When it arrived, I tested to myself and found that it would be way more efficient for people than mice. The laser was literally remove the root of the hair follicles. In the manual it says it take ~4 weeks to completely remove them but with few shots, I found some hairs are already rolled up and ready to remove. I tried this on armpit with help of my wife and it worked great. The only concern was the limited number of shots were limited but 999,999 should be good enough for awhile. ... show more

I have used this several times now and it is working. The first time I turned it on I was hesitant and a tad bit scared but it is easy to use and doesn't really hurt, there is a teeny tiny sting, and I mean teeny tiny, and i did not have any after effects on my skin. I used it on my legs and under arms. I noticed it has a count down number system and at first that bummed me out thinking I had only so many times I could zap myself (remove hair) or use it on my husbands neck area or even my daughter could use it on her legs but then I realized the count down was basically 1 million and after doing my legs the first time I had not even put a dent in the count down, I knew this little gadget was going to last for a long time. It works great, it east so easy to use and is so easy to learn after the first initial zap, you become a pro, so if you are thinking about this one, I would say, go for it....I love it!! ... show more
