I ordered this product because I wanted something different than a traditional chain. This necklace is absolutely stunning! The chain itself is relatively thick, which I like, and I think adds to the classiness of the piece. The clasp is a really nice quality and very durable. However, I don’t think you really need the clasp because the necklace is so long, you can just put it over your head most of the time. The necklace has a golden teardrop shape at each end. The ends are slightly offset, which really adds character to this necklace. There is a sliding piece on this necklace that allows you to adjust how you would like the necklace to look. The sliding piece moves easily, but also stays in place as it should. The length of this necklace really provides you with versatility because it would appear nicely with really any outfit. It’s a really high-quality piece and feels very durable. This would make a wonderful gift that fits anyone due to the length of the necklace as well as the ability to slide the ends how you would like. And this necklace really matches any outfit. Looks nice on. Not as cheap looking as I expected for the price. Do not care for the clasp in back, I think with the necklace being adjustable, it wasn't necessary and prevents from wearing it at different lengths. But overall a good purchase for the price

This is a lovely necklace; it is long and looks dainty, yet still has a beautiful presence. it is easily adjustable due to the bead slider. Being made of brass with 14k gold plating, the necklace has a nice weight to it; it hangs from the neck nicely. The plating is very well done, and the drops have a mirror-like finish. I have two jewelry pieces that are gold over brass; one is a bracelet with many beautiful gemstones. I have had it for many years and it still looks brand new. So, I tend to have quite a bit of faith in the durability of gold over brass. This necklace looks perfect with my yellow gold earrings, whether the earrings have gemstones or not. The teardrops at each end are very elegant and the 14K plated gold is a true classic gold color that never goes out of style. It has a good weight to it and is durable.
