My only gripe is the top storage being only big enough for maybe light snacks. It’s not really built to be a lunch box hybrid so if you got drinks and hot food & you wanna separate them, you gotta use the top compartment which is not that big so pack light. A ton of room in the backpack, havent used it as a cooler yet but great option for 12 hour shifts or longer. Straps are comfortable, a lot of pockets for additional storage. Only complaint about it is the cords on the top of the backpack are pointless.
