We have tried several trampolines over the years and this is by far the best! Love the pumpkin shape of the net; it really makes the trampoline feel bigger. All the accessories blew my kids away! They play on it every single day. But the real reason you should buy this trampoline is they are a real company with amazing customer service. Our trampoline got turned over by a tornado and two of the net poles bent and our ligths snapped. They were so kind and so quick to help me get replacement poles (and very reasonable) and sent me new lights for free! It’s so hard to find a trampoline company that actually has a person to help you after you buy it. We now have it properly secured and it’s going to last us a long time. Even our dog loves to bounce it in.

This product is awful!! I could not believe to start off with how long it took to arrive. It was delayed and ended up being late.. and then as I am attempting to put this together, just myself a single mom and my friend who is also a single mom and it worries me to know that if this could happen to us, it could happen to anyone it happened not once but twice, so how safe are these being built for our children to rest their lives on? Two connecting hooks broke while we were attempting to pull the springs together .. how do these break!! And now we’ve gotten this far (seen above photo) and we have to figure out how to take apart to box back up and get a replacement !!!

I bought this for my seven year-old grandson for his birthday. He absolutely loves it basketball. He loves The sprinkler. Will come in handy on warm days while there jumping. Not just for kids for adults too and the LED lights on top gives them a little light out in the backyard at night way worth the price. I would recommend it for anybody that wants to bounce.

This just arrived yesterday, so I cannot speak to the durability or anything. Let me tell you what I can...the instructions are BASIC! The pictures are difficult and the description, not so great. We have 5 kids, so this is not our first go round with trampoline assembly. My best advice, follow the directions as best you can and here are a few tips we found to make things easier - so you don't have to take it all apart and start over when the frame comes apart with 10 springs left to attach. 1. Make sure the frame is securely pushed together at all T joints. The slightest bit of space has the potential to cause you major problems. 2. The directions say to attach and bolt the ling poles the net hangs from after you attach the mat. Attach those before you attach the mat. This makes sure all the legs are bolted on and will prevent the left leg from popping out constantly while trying to stretch springs. 3. When attaching the upright net holding poles, only attach the lower section, it makes attaching the net easier in a future step. 4. We found about half the holes the springs are supposed to slide into were not in the exact place for the springs to go in easily. Have a rubber mallet handy for those. You can pull the spring into place and have someone tap firmly, but not hard, on the end. It slips right into place and makes life SO much easier. 4. Put the spring cover on...DO NOT tie it yet! I promise it will make life so much easier. 5. Hang the net. The upper part of the uprights, tie the net and lift it up to another person standing on the trampoline. They can help guide, while you click it onto place. It's a bit tedious and you have to stretch the net, to get the 2 parts of the upright piles to s click together...but it is so much easier to attach and lift up (especially when you are short - my 6' 2" nephew was reaching well over his head to tie them, before we decided to take the poles apart and try it this way). 6. Shocking, and I about cried...but you have to sew the bottom of the net to the mat. After all the struggling, to get to this last part and realize I had to sew. Anyhow, it's not that bad. Tie it off to a triangle/spring loop on the mat go up through the net and back to the triangle. Back up through the net and skip 4 to 6 holes before coming back through the net and down to the next triangle. This step will make so much more sense once you have it in your hands. 7. Now, tie the spring cover down. This way, the whole time your maneuvering around to sew and hang the net you can slide this out of your way.

After a crazy funnel cloud ripped through our northern California town and took our first trampoline flying down the street just 7 days after purchasing it, breaking every single pole and devasted our kids, this company was amazing about getting us a replacement one ASAP! Best customer service!!! Both trampolines were fairly easy to build, and despite going through a storm the safety net was still in tack! That makes it worth the money for me as others have ripped in the past. My kids are loving the sprinkler system as warmer days are here. Thank you! Sharing pictures of both trampolines.

Really worth the money, the kiddos really love it plus it's sturdy enough for me to get on with them and I'm 215lbs. It handles me well. Really love the lights and accessories that come with it. Just an FYI this product is shipped in 3 boxes, one of the boxes with the lights,tie downs, and sprinkler system came at a later time but still not too late

We have had it up for one month. The pole that holds the springs on the outer hoop bent in half. No where near the weight limit and can not find a replacement part. Dissatisfied with the product being the cost that it is would just bend that way. We had a trampoline from Walmart for half the price for 6 years and that never happened. Disappointed children to say the least.
