A kid could put this together, thats how easy it is to assemble. Keeps cold. At 6'4, I found it hard to completely submerge up to my neck comfortably but other than that...it's a "cool" thing to have!

If you're looking to try ice-plunges, a bath like this is a good way to start. At first, I was concerned it would be too small. When the box arrived, it seemed very compact to me, and I thought it was impossible that it could be big enough. But the bath expands to the full, correct size. Once you use this, you'll realize why it's good that the bath is just big enough to accommodate you -- otherwise it would take a crazy amount of ice to fill it up. Even keeping it compact, it takes a lot of ice. The sides are very sturdy, easily handling the weight of all the ice you get get into it, as well as your body. I took turns plunging with a friend, and this bath worked great. The bath keeps the ice totally cold for as long as it would take for several people to take their turns plunging for a minute or so, which is about as long as you would want to do this as a beginner. When you're done using this, it's easy to get it stored away for next time. Overall, this is a great introduction to ice baths. I recommend it.

Our niece who is a high school athlete uses this to recover after workouts. She is average height, and built like a softball player. She says that it works pretty well, but could be a little roomier. The tub itself is well made. It also takes more water to fill even with displacement than she suspected at first.

I’m new to ice plunging. I’ve tried cryotherapy in the past. I know how great it is for your health and your body. Perfect for anyone! This particular tub is easy to assemble, comes with a lid, which I think is great and a temperature monitor. So easy to put up anywhere that’s convenient for you. Whether it’s your shower, a porch/patio or garage. Sturdy and well-made. I’m 5’4”, so it works perfectly for me. Did you think purchasing those large ice modes would be helpful so I think I will order some of those. Instead of using ice for my freezer! Highly recommend!
