I was cat sitting for one of my sons and his family while they went on vacation. They have 3 cats. I ordered this and put it together myself. When they got home, they all loved it. It is quite large. They have been using it since July. I don't think any of the cats have figured out the hammock yet. Loved by all. :) ... show more

it came good but only one piece came broken, i can’t replace it because i cannot reach the customer services to let them know. it keeps telling me to return the whole thing but i only need one piece 😭

The cat tree was great and the kitties loved it. It didn't last long though. It was easy to put together and price was fair. We have had it nine months and it needs to be replaced. One of the three plat forms got wobbly in the first six months and the other two are now wobbly in month nine. The sisal is mostly torn off; granted we have 2 kitties scratching at it, but I have had better cat trees that have lasted longer. ... show more

I needed a large cat condo for my three full-sized kitties. They love this thing! Took awhile to assemble (glad the seller provides detailed diagrams, but I could have done a better job...). With these cats jumping on and off the tower, I wanted to be sure it was stable.... and this condo is definitely heavy and stable when completed! My cats were very interested in the tower from the beginning, and they now enjoy hoping around to the different perch locations and the secret cabins. Definitely a study, well-made cat tower! If you want something that's not going to tip over or move around, this item is for you! ... show more

This cat tree was advertised as being appropriate for multiple large cats, but I would definitely not agree with that. I was so excited to receive it after reviewing dozens of cat trees, but once it was put together, the parts are all crammed together in such a way that even medium sized cats have a hard time moving around from one part to another. It might be good for kittens, but anything larger than a small adult cat or two, just doesn’t work. But mostly, I am disappointed in the fabric, which is extremely thin and flimsy. Within two days of exploring the new cat tree, my two cats easily chewed holes in the fabric surrounding the three upper platforms, and began pulling the stuffing out of it! Also, the platforms are ridiculously tiny for a large cat! The two little hideaway huts are not built solidly, they are just the same same flimsy fabric stretched across four poles in the corners, so of course, my cats also began chewing holes in that material right away, too! I was so disappointed that I thought about returning it, so that I could purchase a more sturdy model, and I even called Amazon, but they said unless I dismantled it all and fit it back in its original package, it couldn’t be exchanged. It took me many hours to put it together myself, and it’s just too heavy and bulky, and would have taken so much time that I didn’t have, to try to dismantle it and then lug the heavy box outside to be picked up, so I’m just living with a ratty looking cat tree, which I’ve only had for a couple of months, but was chewed up within the first week! ... show more
