Well, I just got it today so I haven’t used it yet. I was eager to see it so I quickly got it out of the packaging and set it up. It seems like it’ll work perfectly. Lots of room, sturdy, seems durable. I have two complaints: 1. Not sure if you can tell in the photo but I ordered white, the one I received is more like and ugly beige color. 2. The smell of this is absolutely horrendous. Terrible chemical smell. I’m happy I set it up before needing to use it. Airing it out in my living room next to my open sliding glass door and my whole living room still smells like this thing.

I liked to roll down the sides in the vet office and rolling them back up in the car, so my cat can see me. Fits well my XL (16 lbs) cat too. Removed 1 star because just found that the bottom is not strong, only the flex plastic insert keeps it up, and when the cat is in (also my smallest cat-- 12lbs) it caves and teh bottom U-shapes. Removed the other star because the whole bag collapses if you open a side. The wires should be on the inside portion, not on the doors. Also, sides have zippers with just 1 train, so you can't pet your cat properly without opening them midway or fully up--it is difficult in the car when you want to drive and calm your cat with one hand. Black fabric attracts fur, so go with another color. A pocket would have helped, so I don't have to carry my purse on the other shoulder.

Pros...1) the carrier is lovely and posh, 2) the mesh is anti scratch, 3) the carrier is spacious, 4) my cat loved the window covers that could be rolled up or put down, 5) the collapsible style is great, and 6) the messenger bag carrier style is awesome!! Cons... 1) the liner doesn't stay in place with any kind of velcro, 2) the liner is difficult to clean, 3) the fabric for the stability bars in the roof broke After just 3 days of use and now the roof kind of sinks Would I purchase again? I'd look for something super similar but with better reviews for stability.
