Works great. Put it together with no issues. Very easy to use. My baby girl loves it. The only thing I’d say is off is the Bluetooth speaker built in. If you connect your phone to the swing, playing your own music isn’t ideal because you can barely hear the sound. Sounds terrible. The music it comes with is beautiful. It comes with different timers, and you can choose how fast or slow you want to rock baby.

Very cute and fun swing love that it has the buckle for when she gets squirmy. I bought this for a bilateral cleft lip and pallet baby who can sleep or lay flat so this was a nice option to set her in for a little bit. After a while We had an issue with it and customer service sent us a new one but the new one has made a sound that was getting louder. They sent another. Very great customer service her name was Grace! Ironically my daughter's name the products shipped so fast we didn't loose any fun time with the swing.

My great niece loves her swing. There was a performance issue with the first swing. But, Grace was awesome at helping get the problem resolved by replacing the swing with a new one. Now baby girl is happily swinging again! I’ve never had a company continue to follow up with a product issue the way Grace did! She is an asset to the company!
