My premature baby loves being in the Mamaroo. They even used it at the hospital to help calm him when he cried a lot, and it worked wonderfully. It helps me a lot when I have things to do—I place him in it with any of the motions, and the music it comes with is very soothing. You can move it wherever you want since it’s not heavy, and the versatility to reposition it is very convenient. It’s extremely safe for your baby, with great stability and firm, high-quality construction, so you don’t have to worry about the baby falling. It easily adjusts to different baby sizes and heights. The green color I chose is also very beautiful. It’s easy to assemble and takes only about 3–4 minutes to set up. It’s also Bluetooth compatible, so you can play whatever music you like, and the motions are gentle and relaxing.

i love this! my LO was in this at the nicu and it really helped calm him so we decided we wanted one for home. its lower to the ground then a typical swing but i like that. and it has all diff motions for the baby to be rocked in and it plays music!! the sound quality is great and it's quite sturdy because my LO is bigger now and kicks around in it and it doesn't even get close to tipping. was very easy to put together only had a few steps. it's a little pricy compared to other ones but it's made really well so it's worth it. also love the little football thingys that are like a mobile above the baby, my LO loves looking at them!

We bought this when our newborn was 3-4 weeks old, out of desperation- she would only stay in our arms and we needed to have a few minutes for cooking/house chores/personal care. Advantages and disadvantages: - once you open it you cannot return it. This is good because we had bought a fair share of “new” baby items from Amazon that arrived in used condition and had been returned by other parents. You don’t need that headache when you barely have time to take a shower. This is also dangerous because if baby does not like it, it’s an expensive mistake. - the swing is great, our newborn liked it. It has 5 swing modes, and they worked for us. There is some default music and you can adjust the volume. The music is happy, not soothing. - the mobile is very interesting for baby - fun black and white pattern really attracts her attention, and I think it the other colorful side would be fun for her when she is older. BUT it needs to be manually operated. Would think that for a 200$+ swing, there would be a button to make it rotate but nooo… Baby gets frustrated when she wants it to move it doesnt and I am busy doing smth else. - the product is stylish and sturdy.

A+++ SERVICE AND PRODUCT! Our family used Mamaroo for my first grandchild four years ago and we LOVED it. My second grandchild was just born and once again we purchased a Mamaroo but this time we bought it months before my granddaughter was born using a Black Friday deal. That said, the product did not work six months later when we finally assembled it for our baby. We tried to troubleshoot the product but nothing worked. I reached out to the Mamaroo company at that time and after sending proof of purchase, the serial number, and explanation of the issue we were sent a replacement part which arrived a few days later. Seriously folks, you can't go wrong with this product!! It works AMAZINGLY and if there are any issues the company really takes care of you!! We're highly satisfied and hope this helps anyone out there looking for a fantastic baby soothing product. In my opinion (I've raised three children and two grandchildren) this is the best product I know of and my only complaint is that it wasn't invented earlier.
