Pros: Price: Very budget friendly!... We even got ours on Amazon warehouse, new open-box, for half price! What a steal, totally recommend! Size: Great for small spaces, very compact, and folds up neatly. Portability: Awesome.... very lightweight, fold-up design couldn't be more space-saving, and it's battery operated, so no cords in the way. Features: Several different swing speed settings and 2 volume settings for music. Upright and recline positions for seat. Removable cover for washing. Toy bar and safety harness are a plus. Neutral in color. Cons: Only battery operated, so if this is your primary swing, you'll need to stock up on batteries... though I've been using mine (as a secondary swing) for 3 months now on the same set of batteries without replacing them yet. Aimed more for smaller infants, I'd say under 4 months depending on size/weight... its just not as roomy as full size swings and doesnt have the same power.... just my personal opinion.... not from the company. The music is very loud, even on the lowest setting and the speaker points directly at baby's face... I ended up putting a small piece of tape over part of the speaker to reduce the output a bit. It worked great! You can still hear the music clearly just a little softer now for baby's ears. Overall, I love the swing and think it was a great purchase for what we use it for! Very handy, budget friendly, functional, reliable, and cute. Would purchase it again in a heartbeat. This is one of the better purchases I made for baby. He easily falls asleep in the swing. I put a blanket over him and turn on the rocker and he is so comfy. Occasionally, he doesn't want the rocker on and falls asleep without it. The rocker feature is nice, but I would never leave it higher than the lowest setting. I find the others way too fast. It is a little annoying that it automatically turns on to the second setting for the rocker speed. Nice that the rocker stops after a while on its own. The music is ok. A little loud but some of the songs are softer. Another downside is as others have mentioned that the seat dips a little low so you wouldn't want to leave baby in too long, but short naps are fine. I wasn't able to find a seat insert that fit with the straps sadly. Pretty easy to move and fold. The seat doesn't always stay folded completely flat but not really an issue. I use the swing everyday and baby also enjoys just sitting and observing in it. Now that he is older he sucks his hands or grabs his feet so he is occupied for a while when he is not sleepy as well. Just a little backstory. We purchased a $200. Seat right off the bat thinking surely this seat would hit all of our requirements. Well guess what? The expansive seat has not even been used for various reasons so we decided to buy THIS one for literally a fraction of the cost and it has hit ALL of our requirements. Btw everyone please use some common sense when placing your newborn into the seat i.e. use a rolled up receiving blanket to support the babies head and tilt the seatback in order to make the baby more comfortable as well as use some ingenuity concerning the placement of the baby. Our baby is 1 month old and he CANNOT stay awake in this seat. Sure weve customized his seat while so small but shoot, for the money and what the seat offers, I'm kicking myself for NOT buying this seat FIRST. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. This seems like a really great swing with some great reviews. However, the negative reviews all seem to state the same thing and it seems I have fallen victim that. I placed new batteries in it but as you can see, it only fires up for about 3secs then shuts down. Chalking it up to a defective unit and will order another to see if it will work. I didn't answer battery life or durability as I haven't had this long enough. But will say that this swing just popped together, so simple! Very lightweight, easy to move around the house, and folds up for storage. The music feature is super awesome, my grandbaby (1 month old) and we like it. I also like the timer feature for swinging. So far it seems that it will hold up well, although I'm old school and always liked the wind up kind. The fabric is very nice, and washed up well in the machine. It does sit very low to the ground, so if you are looking for a swing that sits higher off the ground, its not this one. But, because we have doggos, I've even put it on our kitchen table! Sitting low might be an issue for drafty homes, or folks with lower back issues. the only issue I had, and probably has to do with Amazon, was I was promised this on a Sunday, and it didn't arrive until the following Wednesday, and I have Prime too! I definitely recommend for grandmas house, especially for the price, saw the same color in Walmart, and was $60! ... show more
