I was wary of all the glowing reviews for this bag, but decided to take a chance, and I am so glad. work and homeschool at home, and we are constantly moving from place to place, so I bought this bag as an "in-house" project bag, to carry my art and business supplies from room to room, and it works beautifully for that, but I also took it on a cross country trip as a travel backpack, and it was fantastic. It has an obviously well-thought out design, with many pockets, all of which have more than one possible use, it holds an extraordinary amount of stuff (and is well balanced when worn on both shoulders), and it is exceptionally sturdy. Clearly, people who actually use backpacks and understand functionality were involved in creating this bag. The only warning I have - and it's not really a reason to knock off any star, but some people might need to know - is that the zipper design at the top is a little awkward and sometimes needs to be closed with two hands. It allows for the bag to sit open, without flopping, which is fantastic, but some people might need to know in advance that it needs two hands to close at times.

I genuinely love this bag. I am someone who likes to keep a lot on me at once and need that to be organized. One of my favorite things are the extra straps, I’m a college student and being able to just sling it over my should getting out of class quick important. My two favorite things are the charging port and inside pocket for a mobile charger and the key ring holder thing. I love that I can have my keys and just clip it in one of the pockets. The shape and pocket design inside is great, it opens up very wide and I keep my laptop in the back of the laptop sleeve and my iPad fits in the front of the sleeve(10th gen) and the padding makes me feel like it’s safe. The anti theft pocket is a cool idea, I haven’t used it much but don’t notice the stuff inside too much when I wear it. Side pockets can fit a large water bottle, there are so many pockets and different kinds of pockets that make keeping like things together easy. I have gotten a lot of compliments on it. The only drawbacks I can truly think of is the straps are a teensy bit short on the top so it can be kind of hard every once in a while slipping it on but I would rather have that than extra straps that are too long as well as the fact that the bag itself is big. It would not compress super easily if you needed to really shrink it because of the structure of all the pockets. Overall I highly recommend this backpack. I was looking for one forever and I found my bag!

I am an Executive chef that oversees four restaurants. I use this bag hard. Laptop, binders, sharpening stones, soooo much paperwork. I easily have at least 15 lbs in it, and it is constantly in use, or on the kitchen floor, or in my car- it doesn't get treated with the love it deserves, for sure. I love all the pockets so my sets of keys, thermometers, gadgets, sharpies, etc don't get lost in the bottom of the bag. My favorite part is the top opening. I can easily access what I need without having to take everything else out. Also, I recently traveled to see my parents for a week. I travel light as a rule, but I fit everything I needed in this bag, and still managed to use it as carry-on. I definitely expected the zipper to bust, but it didn't. Would definitely recommend this bag- and I have to several friends already!

This backpack is so good that my father asked me to buy him one. It is not hardcase, but will stand up on its own which is something I actively looked for in order to ensure that a computer, tablet, switch, etc. would be well protected. It hits that mark for sure. In addition, it is HUGE and yet still fits most carryon flight size restrictions. You could easily store a pair of shoes, two or three full outfits, a computer, some books, a pencil case, and so much more in this bag. The cherry on top is that it would all be ORGANIZED so well, because this bag has many efficiently-incorporated pockets and zippers. It's not just a big empty bag. Another thing I really looked for was anti-theft configuration. The zippers and pockets are arranged so that trying to open any section of the bag requires opening a flap, zipping up and across, etc. instead of just one fluid motion that would be easy to open unnoticed. The only places not entirely secure like that are the two deep side pockets on the outside, where you might put a water bottle or something. However instead of storing your wallet/passport/tickets/etc. in one of these pockets, there is a deep pocket on the back of the bag, where it would be protected on your actual back. Thus they are still readily available and easy to pull out, but they are safe and secure between your back and the back of the bag. This is the best backpack I've ever had, and I highly recommend getting this one over many of the others you might be looking at online.

Got this to use as a work bag. It's plenty big enough to hold everything that I, a high school teacher, need to take with me to work everyday. Color is spot on, all zippers and clips work, would highly recommed.

This is a cute backpack that gets a lot of complements. It is comfortable and has good usable space. The opening to the main section is reinforced with a bar which makes it easy to see and access the main section, but it does impede opening it just a little to squeeze something into the pack. I like the elastic pockets on the side for water bottles and other easily grabable items. These do seem to stretch out a bit so you have to be careful about what you put in there. I would change two things about it. First, and most importantly, the durability of the straps. The strand began to fray at the top where they connect to the bag with in the first couple weeks. I did not overfill or overweight the bag. With that being said, they haven’t gotten too much worse since then and I’m not worried they are going to break yet. Second, I would add a second zipper to the small pack so it is a two way zipper. But this is just a minor frustration at times.

Nearly the prefect bag for me for work, which involves a lot of travel. The only issue I have is that the magnetic snaps on the straps are easy to damage/pull out from the pocket material with regular wear and tear.
