Absolutely love the quality and craftsmanship of this hat and the top it all off it’s packable. I should look very sophisticated in Italy with this hat. I have a pretty large head for a woman, but it fits me perfectly. My hat size is 7 1/8.. there is no lining but it has a nice sweat band in it and it is adjustable for people who have small heads. It has a string that you pull to make it smaller or tighter hopefully it’s UV rated so we’ll see if that Italian sun doesn’t burn me.

This hat was fabulous. I measured my head and ordered the correct size and it fit perfectly. You can also adjust it if you need to. I folded it up and put it in my purse and when I took it out, it popped back into shape and looked great. It kept the sun off my face, and I got a bunch of compliments on it.

This is a gorgeous hat!! And so high end! Been looking for the perfect hat for YEARS! I try them on in person everywhere I go!! I was nervous to buy online due to fears about it being too big or wobbly or arriving mis-shaped from shipping. But this hat and company is amazing!! No need to hesitate if that’s your fear. They packaged it amazing well! Protecting every side and brim and curve of the hat. Appears to be a super high quality company. Instructions, packing and materials are top notch! They claim you can fold and pack and reshape and give good instructions for those steps as well as cleaning and general care. I personally haven’t tried that yet. I wear mine around town and out on the boat. I love the UPF 80 for protection against the sun! It seems thicker than most hats and not see through at all, so that claim seems believable. It has a chin strap to use if needed for wind or boats. I just tuck it up in the hat for everyday use and it’s no bother. I almost returned it just due to the size, until I found the adjustable strap. The M/L wobbled quite a bit on me. My crown measures 22”. I needed a Small but it wasn’t offered in the tan/black combo I wanted at the time. I was skeptical of the adjustable Velcro strap, but honestly the teeniest of adjustment made all the difference in the world!! Now it fits snug and custom with no gapping or wobble! I highly recommend!!!! I would definitely consider it medium brim size. Not large and floppy but not a small hat either. Perfectly in the middle!

ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS!!! SUPER QUALITY, very well made and looks like designed by an artisan. Firstly, it came in a huge box packed in a bag with a fedora hat shaper to secure its shape- so no dents or creases. Great packaging. The red ribbon around is well stitched, and the color is so gorgeous & classy. Very nostalgic but also modern style. It completes beautifully all of my summer/vacay attires. This is my favorite straw hat, and I have many.

I wanted a non-baseball-ish hat to wear on our trip to Portugal and since the sun would be brutal in August I wanted something to cover my face. This hat was perfect for the amount of shade it gave and it easily rolled up in my carryon and regained its shape when unpacking. It also looked great with all my outfits!

I have a smaller head and this hat was adjustable and looked fabulous! Was very comfortable in the heat and protected me perfectly from the sun. So stylish and practical! Looks more expensive then it was and held shape well on a European trip! Was just careful not to crush it in my carryon.

I love this hat. Fits me well thankfully. The strap is the problem with this hat. The tabs for the clips and Velcro tabs(plural) are horrible. I sent the first one back as it only had one cheaply attached Velcro tab. Same thing with the second one. The y tabs are described as being INSIDE the sweatband and neither hat I got was made that way. The hat fits well like I said but, we live on an island and ride around on a golf cart so, I liked the idea of having a strap, it’s actually my preference so I don’t have to hold on to the hat. It does come with a plastic hat mold to keep it in shape which I like. I’m going to keep but, if you really need the strap to hold up, this is not the hat for you. The manufacturer needs a better design ( actually how the instructions show it) and an editor who understands writing instructions as these do not describe how the hat is actually made. Not sure that makes sense to anyone.
