I have allergies to hay and these well fitting gloves protect my whole arm from breakout when handling the bales. I can’t say they are cool in the summer sun, but they dry well when hung overnight. They are tough, hard-wearing and easy to put on weather wet inside or dry (unlike many others). One of the best accoutrements of these well fitting gloves is the elastic at the top of the sleeves. I bought these for cleaning a 75gallon fish tank, because nobody likes to (nor should for that matter) put their hands, elbow deep, in nasty fish tank water that's full of microbes. My only gripe is they don't offer much dexterity with the fingers due to their awesome thickness.

I'm on my second pair in a month and a half, most importantly first (for me) does not stand up well against steel wool gets cuts and degrades very quickly after the fisrt cut is there, it is not washer friendly if wou want it clean, does seem to work good against chemicals as I've dipped it in various concoctions as a dishwasher including mustard gas, it feels thin and thats cuz it is but you can feel if something is hot or not and still touch it with ease, can use women work with comforting I got rashes cuz it didn't fit my hands but just wear so.e thin gloves and it will work, discoloration happens quickly after the first cut as well so you know when something is wrong, while at the same time being too late to use in a professional manner, could also have more color options available Oddly enough if it came in the color that the company used I may have gotten it reimbursed. ... show more
