It's a great case, super protected even after many and many drops. I think it's not made clear enough to people you're supposed to open the cover for the charging port when you want to talk or you'll be very hard to hear. It does muffle the speakers a little bit however the case is so easy to remove and replace I feel like that's fine. After 2 years I'm buying another as a replacement, the rubber on the sides of the side buttons have worn down and torn so the buttons just sit inside the space they would be pushed down into. The buttons still work just fine through the case, I'm only replacing it for the waterproofness because I bring my phone in and around water a lot. I love how protective this case is, by far the most protective I've used. However, I would love to see a choice for color on the border, or maybe even a clear border. My biggest issue with the case is sound, as when the volume is too high the sound can be muffled. I haven't tested the waterproofness yet but I have seen several holes in the case including: • Flashlight • Bottom-left corner • Top of the case, on the left And while I don't believe these could affect it much, it's still a possibility. My last issue is the swipe compatibility with the built-in screen protector. I attempted to create a YouTube short, but needed to move the video to the right. Dragging didn't seem to work. It worked with my old, non-protective case. However that is the only time I've experienced issues with the built in screen protector. Aside from the issues stated, this is an extremely good case. If none of them are relevant to you, I'd say buy it :) ... show more

So far it seems very sturdy! Buttons are easily accessible and the installation was simple. Make sure you follow the directions on the finger print to get the best functionality of it. Good grip, phone feels very protected and the design is nice and sleek and lightweight.

Unable to remove the finger protective screens on the front and the back of this device. The little sticky things could not overcome the protective films on both back and front of device, so I finally said screw it and through it away. Totally not satisfied with this item!

It's a good phone case for phone protection. I'd trust in in water, dust, and snow as advertised. The finger print works great. It's compact, sleek, scratch resistant and such. However, my issue is that your speaker sound quality is diminished, this includes phone calls. I've had people complain that they not only struggle to hear me, (who is attempting to talk through plastic), but they also get an echo of their own voice. This is a big problem because it's hinders communication, which is the whole point of a cell phone. Also, the phone case shows dirt really bad, meaning your gonna want to clean it on a regular basis. 6/10 ... show more

I have to say I never leave reviews I just don't care to take the time to do it but I had to leave a review for this phone case so other people know how good it is. My baby was just playing with my phone sitting in a highchair and dropped it face down on the kitchen tile it made the most terrifying smack sound and I was convinced the screen had to be cracked. Nope. This isn't the first time that's happened either, I've been talking with my hands while holding it and threw it across the room it bounced off of the corners and was completely fine. But most impressive and I'm not making this up I dropped it in the pool it sank to the bottom of the shallow end maybe three or four feet and I bent down to pick it up so that took maybe 5 seconds it was underwater at least I took it out of the case and there was not one single drop of water on it I didn't even have to use a towel or anything to dry it off I just put it back in the case and it was fine. The case snaps shut to lock around the entire outside, it has rubber on the outside edges and is raised on the front cover around the edges so when it drops it doesn't drop right on the screen, and what was most important to me about this case is that it had a clear back so the collar of my phone could be seen because it's a really pretty creamy Pearl Rose color and looks beautiful with the black trim and light blue on the front cover, I would pay $100 for this phone case every day all day and I'm by no means well off.
