I was skeptical trying yet another powder. I was afraid that this would be just another product that promises without delivery of results. But I gotta tell ya, this product more than delivered! I wear this without any primer or foundation. And I only wear a tiny bit of concealer and feel like the result is much more even than the full face of makeup. Yes, you have to touch your face up more often if you live in humidity. However, it doesn’t feel like it makes your face more oily! It does actually seem like it absorbed some oil and the pores look more relaxed. I have not tried this with my Elta Md tinted sunscreen. Honestly, it just depends on what you need and where you are wearing it, and what you are wearing it with (as with any makeup). I love wearing this at home right after washing my face and/or spraying some hypochlorous acid formulated for the face. I don’t think I will wear it over my sunblock, but I did appreciate how a little bit of concealer went on when applied over the powder already on my nose. (I’m using NARS Soft Matte concealer.) I wouldn’t wear this over my sunblock because my sunblock is oily. And because the powder pouf is sooo soft! I’ve never had any powder include a pouff like this and I wouldn’t want to dirty this one with other formulas. The design of this compact is also really great. I love how there’s a feature to prevent spillage and release fine, loose powder onto only the pouf. And inside the compact is a section that separates and holds the pouf, but keeps the rest of the powder contained while allowing you to open the compact to use the mirror and never have a messy surprise! I will post pictures later and update beyond that, if necessary. LOVE this brand!

I love this powder. I don’t have to try to match my color like normal powders. It just does its job with your own natural skin color. It’s a little tricky to get the right amount to come out of the base. If you get too much on your puff it can make your face have some white powder lines. I wash my hands and gently tap the base where the powder comes out of and I seem to have it dialed in to where I get just the right amount out. Just have to be gentle or A LOT will come out. It’s totally worth it though. It makes my skin feel and look so soft and not oily and really no powder lines ever like from compact powders. I absolute love and recommend this. Even for the price. Oh! Avoid eyebrows lol or you will look like an old lady or man because it does grab the white color. Not that it’s difficult to get off but if you are in a hurry and don’t realize it, it could look a little funny. I’m never going back to compressed powder or powder foundation. It also feels just so much lighter. Like breathable but with the same coverage. Buy it! Worth the price! And the puff is super cush and soft!

Missing one star because the distribution of the product is not ideal. When you press down the puff, you get barely any product. But if you slightly lift it, it goes everywhere! I think I've gotten more on my clothes/hands than actual face. Once you do manage to get some on the puff, it actually does blot and give you a matte finish. I just really hope they figure out a different packaging solution!

I’m 52 with mature skin, so powders can be tricky for me. Too many either emphasize texture or settle right into fine lines and wrinkles. This one absolutely does not do that. I’ve used Hince powders for years and really like them, but I decided to try this Laneige Neo Blurring Powder—and I’m genuinely impressed. It gives a beautiful, soft-focus finish that smooths the skin without looking dry, heavy, or cakey. What I love most is that it does not crease or settle into wrinkles, even after wearing it for hours. My skin still looks natural and smooth, not flat or overly matte. It controls shine nicely while keeping the skin looking healthy. I also appreciate how versatile it is. I can wear it alone on bare skin for a polished, blurred look, or apply it over makeup without disturbing what’s underneath. No patchiness, no lifting, no weird texture issues. While the powder goes on sheer and does mattify, it makes any imperfections on your face more visible, if you don’t wear too much makeup underneath. I have some redness and small capillaries around my nose and they become more visible with this powder on, so I have to apply extra foundation underneath, which wasn’t my original goal. Same thing with pores. If you have large pores and wear minimal makeup they’ll still be visible unless you apply primer and foundation first. So, if you have perfect skin and your goal is the mattifying effect then this powder works, but if you are like the rest of us and have skin imperfections you’ll need to apply extra makeup underneath for better coverage.
