Everything down to the packaging is excellent with this product! I completely trust my phone with it and that's not easy. My bike is in the shop so I haven't even tested it but I can tell by how it's designed and built that it will not fail under normal use and even in a bad wipeout the phone holder might come off the mount but your phone would stay securely in the holder itself protecting it even more than the standard case it's already in! I have no worries with this product, only praise for making it fit in such a slim package and skipping stupid plastic clamshells! ... show more

Easy to use, well made, appears to be durable. Even when the ball joint nut is tightened as tight as it will go, it still has a bit of wobble in it, and can be moved if you push hard enough, but it takes a fair amount of pushing to do that. If the ball mount was textured/stippled a bit, it would probably stay in place better, but this is a minor issue and I'm probably just being overly picky! The phone mount slides open (bottom slides down) to insert the phone, and a strong spring returns the mount to a closed position after inserting the phone. A simple click of the lever locks the mount closed very firmly into place, there is no way the phone is going to fall out when riding! I am really impressed with how well this phone mount locks the phone into place so securely. The inside of the mount has a rubber pad/rubber coating so the phone stays in place very well and doesn't slide around. I used it on a Galaxy S20 that was mounted in a phone case and it fit in the mount just fine. I mounted it on the left side of the handlebars of a Honda PCX 150 scooter and it fit great, it doesn't interfere with the brake lever or the cables/wires that are run along the back of the handlebars. The mount appears to have a cut out at the bottom to allow a charging cable to be plugged into the phone while it is installed in the mount, but I didn't try it. Overall I am really happy with this phone mount and how well made/durable it is, how easy it was to install, and how securely it holds the phone in place. No worries at all about it falling out while riding!! I'm very happy with my purchase. ... show more

Given to a destructive 16 year old and still works great. The clamp is strong. And easy to attach. Does not work on folding phones. Just would have liked to see a rubber inside but all plastic. But worth the cost all day.

Perfect size for my phone. Easy to install, and adjust. Lightweight, and durable. It has a lock on the side, but even when I have forgot to lock the phone in, and hit many bumps on my ebike, it stays still, and my phone has never fallen out. It holds phone really well.
