    • good 4" duct hose connector
Solid enough to add another piece of venting to your existing vent hose. It hold 2 clamps and the vent hose OK. I'm using it as an insert into a vent hood with no metal tube attached to the hood. I clamped the 4" vent hose onto this connector and then inserted this connector into the hood and duct taped it to the hood. Works for me. ... show more

    • It works great to extend my dryer hose!
I have an older manufactured home, and the dryer hose needed to be a little longer so that the door for the water heater could be removed without detaching the hose, and also making it much easier to put the door back on. This coupler did exactly what I needed, at a very reasonable price.

Used this so I could shorten a dryer hose that was too long, and also as a way to separate the hose for either cleaning or moving the dryer. Problem solved, good product!
