This push-up board and workout equipment is top tier. It features 4 different ways to do push-ups allowing you to focus on different muscle groups depending on which setting you use. The board itself is fairly sturdy and allows itself to be used as a grounding board to step on, attach bands, and get a complete workout in. I’m a fan of the design and was impressed that me being at my heaviest hasn’t seemed to be an issue - this board holds up! Included along with the initial push-up board was a pilates session for bar, which I LOVE. It’s perfect for doing squats and other elongating moves as well. I also love that it was super easy to put together and take apart when I was done. The latex resistance bands help take your workout to the next level as well as the training bands - talk about elevating your glute workouts! A lightweight backpack for the resistance bands and such is also included. Overall, this is a fantastic addition to my at home gym equipment and I’d definitely make the purchase again. Just like the title says, this item is GREAT for mobility and minimalists. I purchased additional weight bands because it doesn't have enough for heavy lifting outta the box, but still a great value and super versatile.

The plastic doesn’t feel as sturdy as I would hope and I feel like it could snap in half with enough pressure applied. It doesn’t slip on the wood flooring so that’s a plus. Some of the slots were really hard to fit the handles into and the extras are just ok but I would use my own straps to be safe especially the resistance bands. ... show more

I'm a 50yoa male in better than average shape. I'm no fitness guru or gym stud.I bought these bands to resistance train when my I travel. First off, the bands do not have near the tension resistance stated on the plastic connectors. The "50lbs" band doesn't even have 20lbs of resistance until maybe the last 5-6 inches of stretch. Second, the bands are not durable. I did 3 sets of leg spreads and made it through 2.5 sets of hip thrusts and this alleged 50lbs resistance band snapped. I haven't even had these three days. *Recommendation for the company* put a soft plastic sheathing over the rubber at the hard plastic connectors to to protect the rubber from the hard plastic edge. Get with your engineers and develope bands with actual resistance the CLAIM to have. ... show more

I really like the handles on this- they are a good size and shape, and they are solid rubber rather than foam over a solid core. As such they are very comfortable and stable to use. The handles are easy to move between slots, and the whole thing folds up very nicely to store out of the way. The bands included are low to moderate resistance, which is perfect for me because I use them primarily for shoulder exercises and physical therapy. I have pretty broad shoulders but the spacing on the board works for me, there is one setting that is a little narrow to use. I have not used the included jump rope but it seems fine.
