I workout with kettlebells (and macebells) a majority of the time however neither lends itself to traveling. I spend 2 to 3 months away from my home per year yet am not in a place with a gym accessible so I am always looking for something compact I can store at my ‘second home’ if you will. I think this set will fit the bill nicely. Has a good variety of workouts and I love the pushup board. Folds up nicely yet is still very sturdy. Has LOTS of different angles so you can target all sorts of back, arm, and chest muscles. Also works as a base to use with the resistance bands and ab roller. Resistance bands are a little light (for me) when using for curls when as to the board but if you attach them to something a little further away it adds resistance. I also do 35lb curls with kettlebells so I am probably not the target audience for this exact expertise here. Resistance bands can also be secured against a door using the foam ‘knob’ (that’s what I’ll call it. Has ankles straps that can be used for leg exercises but I plan to use them to secure against a pole or small (yet strong) tree for using the bands outside where I'll have the space to add resistance on the bands. Should work perfect there. I hate ab workouts so I haven’t got use to the ab roller thing. Two observations: -When standing on the pushup board on my very plush carpet it feels a little unstable. Against my hardwood floors it is rock solid. Bottom of board has soft rubber feet so I do not think it will mar the wood. -Threading on curl / ab roller bar is a very fine ‘pitched’ thread. Do not force when tightening as you might strip the threading. If it doesn’t thread super smooth you are probably a little slightly off center. Try unscrewing then starting again. Finer pitched threads also do not lend themselves to unscrewing by themselves so I understand why they did the thread pitch like that (or surface area). I ordered this product to save space in my home gym and replace some of the more cumbersome equipment I have collected through the years. Since this push up board targets triceps, back, chest, and shoulders, it's a great all-in-one option that replaces separate, space-consuming, and expensive equipment. A great value for what you get, and it ended up being the answer I was looking for because it doesn't require a lot of room to use, it's light-weight, portable, folds up, and is easy to store in the bag it comes with even with all the extra attachments. There are slip-resistant rubber discs on the bottom of the board so that it doesn't slide all over the place during use. The only thing I would suggest getting is a yoga mat to add some padding for exercises that require getting down on the floor, but those are easy and cheap enough to pick up if you don't have one already. As I move from weights to resistance due to injuries, the board and attachments have been a great solution for me. It's also simple to use and comes with a small, single-fold training guide with color example images and a suggested 4-week beginner workout regimen. To put it in perspective, this board replaces the following professional gym equipment, each costing hundreds if not thousands of dollars, and can be stored in a closet out of sight: Triceps: Arm Extension Machine, Bench Press, Cable Machines, Dip Machines, Functional Trainers, Leg Raise/Dip Tower, Overhead Press Machine, Smith Machine, Tricep Extension Machine, Tricep Press Machine, Vertical Climber Back: Bench Press, Cable Machines, Front Pull Down Machines, Functional Trainers, Hyperextension Bench/Roman Chair, Leg Raise/Dip Tower, Row Machines, Ski ERG, Tricep Press Machine Chest: Bench Press, Chest Fly Machine, Chest Press Machine, Cable Machines, Functional Trainers, Leg Raise/Dip Tower, Ski ERG, Tricep Press Machine Shoulder: Bench Press, Cable Machines, Functional Trainers, Leg Raise/Dip Tower, Shoulder Press Machine, Vertical Climber Of course, if you're looking for a weighted workout, then this is not going to replace the equipment above. The reason why I didn’t give it 5 stars. Is that the handle bar was not to comfortable. Handle bar could be better if they added more cushion to it. Everything else fine. Sturdiness I say it’s okay could Be better. Improve on the handle bars!

i was interested in this item largely for its ability to utilize stretch bands at home. my wife and i both do physical therapy and the two different thicknesses of stretch band work well for each of us. the adjustable wrist cuffs, the leg cuffs and the bar all work well and help target different areas of the body. the push up board aspect is cool, i like that there are color coded pegs that show you which muscle groups you will be working. the only thing i didn’t like was that i couldn’t use the rollers that attach to the bar for ab workouts because the stretch bands are too long for this (i’m 5’3”). in all, you get a lot of bang for your buck in this set, and everything folds up / disassembles and fits right into the included bag. ... show more
