UPDATE: I wanted to note that a few days later my keyboard showed up. The seller was helpful in letting me know where it was after I contacted them. I was able to put it together without much issue. It’s fun to play as I learn. Doesn’t take up a ton of space for 88 keys. I can definitely recommend. ************ ORIGINAL REVIEW: So, I am writing this review, perhaps a bit prematurely. But, I wanted it documented beyond my message to the seller. In all the product updates, they said it would come in one shipment. My Echo dinged this morning and said my shipment had arrived. There was one box at my door. It was smaller than I thought. Opened it up and it was just the bench. My order status says my order has been delivered, like, that’s it. I hope not! I’m holding out for some help from the seller, so I might actually get the keyboard. (!!!) But, right now, I’m living in Disappointment-ville. Looking forward to some resolution and updating this review to something more positive.

I assembled this easily by myself (against my husbands advice) and it was super easy. Great for in my daughters room for her to practice! She’s been taking piano lessons for about a year and this has been amazing to have at home. We’ve had this for about four months with no issues!! Highly recommend. The bench did come in first about two weeks before the actual piano and made me nervous but the supplier provided me with shipping details for the piano when I requested it

The keys are stiffer than I like, but they are slightly weighted, meaning if you press harder the sound is louder. The sustain pedal also doesn’t hold the sound as long as I like it to, but it does hold it for 5-10 seconds. The main issue that I have with this keyboard is that the speakers have a constant hum in the background. I have contacted the seller about this to potentially exchange it for another so we’ll see. Overall, I think the quality for the price is decent, and it will fit my needs of playing for fun well. It is also pretty light weight and was easy to assemble, so it will be easy to move which is what I need right now. This keyboard is not high quality enough for playing classical pieces or for real use in a band by any means, so if that is your intention don’t buy this keyboard.

My sons is an advanced beginner, he enjoys play it. It comes in two boxes at a different day. Assembling was ok, so find help. The bench is nice si ce it has a storage space for books but make sure you screw the screws well since the legs are a tin and it moves a lot. Know I ask the seller for where the damper pedal cable ware and no reply, so I look at other reviews and saw they could be found under the damper pedals case, they ware really hard to find but we found them I add a photo so that you can have an idea of where they are hidden.

Shipping came damage and the charger/ wall plug stopped working after 2-3 weeks, but the customer service is awesome! They send me a refund to fix cosmetic and buy another charger! Thank you! My kids love this and it looks and sounds great! You get what you pay for, I like this purchased for our first piano.

At first we put it in the garage but have switched it to her room. Although it’s a nice size for a child and adult and nothing was wrong with the piano upon arrival! I loved it! My daughter did too! 6 years old and she ll may able to use it as long as it works even as an adult

Took forever to arrive stated 6 to 7 weeks waited 8 weeks. Ridiculously slow shipping. Sun, (son) loves it. It works for practicing after his lessons.

The transformer for this piano does not work. I have sent 3messages to the supplier and not have heard back. I will not send this piano back since it is assembled and I no linger have the packing material. I wouldn't send it back anyway.
