Carb worked great on my son’s 2011 Polaris Outlaw 50 Quad. It’s slightly different than the factory Polaris unit but it has worked great for over 6 months now. Never did any tuning on it, it ran fine out of the box.

Bought for polaris 90 sportsman, bogged down when open the throttle, everytime touched the throttle it died,then it wouldn't start, spark plug wasn't getting wet from gas. Robbed parts off new carb,rebuilt the old carb and it runs. When I took the new carburetor apart the jets were smaller than my old jets and needle valve jet fell out, it's not supposed to do that. Not sure what was wrong with the new carburetor but it didn't work for me. ... show more

Immediately had our outlaw 90 running flawlessly. Darn pilot jets in these things are tricky. Uses generic style screws too which makes it much easier to adjust the pilot Instead of needing a proprietary half moon shaped screwdriver. Very nice touch.
