I ordered three sets, first problem was it was 2 days late on the third set. BIGGEST problem is. I have been an avid extension person for 10+ years so my knowledge goes far. After installing these on non greasy hair, no conditioner was used 48 hours prior to instal, no products. I felt the tape didn’t seem very sticky after removing g the protective paper from it. But these literally fell directly out after the install and first brush. There is no reason to have or buy extensions if you can’t wear them.. I finally got so angry after taking all the time to install just to have them all slip completely out that I threw them to the side and had to walk away. When they all fall out like that it became a hot mess of hair. No reason the tape should be that tackless. I’d love to rate the actual hair but I can’t being these wouldn’t instal and I didn’t have extra tape to sit and retape BRAND new extensions. Which I shouldn’t have to do to begin with. I’d love to give a real rating on the actual hair itself but after the tape mess to LIGHTLY brushing them to them all slipping into an utter mess I just can’t rate the hair quality itself. Edit to add I removed all the tape and had purchased replacement tape. I installed and the ends are absolutely tragic!!!!! I really hope something could be made right from this. I have stressed so much from this. And I shouldn’t be after paying $300 God if there was ever a company to give a bad review it would be this one. They’ve never reached back out to attempt to correct anything. It’s been LESS than a month with these in. And the ends are just beyond disgusting, dry, coarse, horse manes feel softer. You can clearly see they aren’t full as well either. DO BETTER. Until then you’ll have unhappy customers that you don’t even care to make right by. ... show more

These are the most natural looking extensions I’ve tried (and Ive tried a lot). They’re not too shiny, which helps them blend better with my own hair. Honestly, I love Laavoo brand hair, however this was my first purchase of their tape ins. The hair? 10/10. The tape? 0/10. It wouldnt stick to my hair, or even to another tape. I ended up having to buy replacement tapes and using the hair.

I’ve been buying hair from brands on Amazon every two months for 4 years straight.. This is the worst hair I’ve ever purchased on Amazon. I just received this hair and the cuticle is not all in the same direction. I purchased the 4/18/4 which is twice as expensive than the ugeat brand (my usual brand purchased) and horrible quality. I am not able to run my fingers through it and when I did I ended up with a handful of hair in my hand and a bunch of hair on the floor. I’m sending it back. Not interested in garbage hair. If you are looking for this same color check out ugeat it’s half the price and twice as good quality. If you have issues with frizz on any brands of extensions on Amazon try using the “Eva nyc” hair protectant primer 10 and 1 spray and try to keep it on the mid shaft to ends. You don’t need a lot. Don’t over use it and it will really make a huge difference in frizz. Also pair that with the “bond 4” also in Amazon and better and cheaper than ol@plex on the ends (u only need 2 drops) It’s my go to. If you need to use something for in between washes use the Eva nyc dry shampoo. These are my go to’s that make a huge difference in keeping the hair in good quality. ... show more
