I keep on coming back to this brand in hopes of giving them another chance but constant disappointment. Safe to say I will not be purchasing or recommending them to anyone. The last time they were nice enough to send me another package to give it a try in case I got a bad batch. I just got these installed and washed them for the first time and texture immediately changed. It is damaged, dry, gets tangled easily. The moment I got them they had split ends and broken. Now that I washed it it’s even worse!!! Looks like I haven’t burnt hair after just wearing them 2 days and no heat applied! The grey/white is in very thick stripes and looks much more blended in the pictures and the grey/white starts down a lot farther than anticipated. Some of the pictures show it almost to the I-tip.
