Always Arrives soft and lovely, but my last order frizzed up upon first wash/wear. No matter how much I flat iron or heat protect or oil, it always frizzes up. After about 3 months of wear (clipping in 2-3x a week) I have to order new hair. Also, Tangles easily… but the colors are always beautiful, and they always arrive neatly packaged and soft. I wish they lasted longer and didn’t frizz up so badly! Edit: customer service contacted me and offered me a refund for one pack of hair or to send me another pack of my choice. The customer service is always really great and honestly this is the first time ordering from this company where the hair wasn’t perfect. 5 stars for the customer service for sure

Update: Lucy in customer service has gone above and beyond to help find a resolution. I have NEVER had a customer service rep as amazing as her. Literally. She has been texting and emailing and is sending me a new option to try. Based solely on how far they will go to make sure customers are happy, I will purchase from them again. EDIT: the company has reached out and offered to fix the issue, which I truly appreciate. I will try them again and update from there. I had such high hopes. I had my wefts hand tied one week ago. I’ve washed once. Low heat on curling iron….it literally feels like straw. It’s so matted and so stringy that I can’t even get it to comb thru. I just spent so much money getting them sewn in and I’m having to take them out one week later 😕

This hair is amazing for the price. I have been using Donna Bella hair which is costly for not so great quality for many years. This hair took toner very well to match with my hair and two packs to make my hair full (more than enough). Only negative aspect is hair doesn’t hold a curl for super long without texture and hair spray, which i can work with !

The media could not be loaded. Update... My originally review was that it wasn't all that silver but after washing with purple shampoo it pops! The color is an absolute beautiful smokey grey/silver/brown/black balayage. I'm not completely grey yet so I wanted something with more depth and style. I purchased the wefts for a wig and clips ins for my own hair. Bone straight and silky out the pack but a very loose wave after washing and a little frizzy. I sewed the wefts into a light yaki natural black half wig and it's blends beautifully!!! My only complaint is there are lots of short strands. You can really see it when the curls start to fall. There was minimal shedding straight out the pack. No smell. Lots of black rinse in the water when washing with tiny bit of purple Olaplex dupe shampoo. Took 4 washes to get to semi clear water. Only because this color is so bomb I'll continue to order. Maybe next time I will try a longer length to compensate for the short pieces.

I was weary of the quality of these before I bought them but I’ve had them installed for 6 weeks now and I couldn’t be happier. They’re still as soft as the first day I put them in. I’ve washed, blow dried, and used heat tools on them and they still feel amazing. They haven’t gotten knotty or tangled as long as your brushing consistently. I would 100% buy these again.

The media could not be loaded. Good quality hair. Nice density, soft, no chemical smell, no shedding. The color is off though. There's a lot of black in the hair which I was not expecting. There's definitely some real level 4 hair color in there but a lot of dark as well and it looks darker when it's on too. Beads are sturdy but cannot be reused so don't mess up. Be careful not to skip any beads when installing or you're gonna end up with quite the mess and beads that you can't use then you'll need to improvise like i had to. UPDATE: just wanted to say that this hair held up through a demi perm dye job, a harsh color remover& 3-4 hard washes of clarifying shampoo and is still full and in tact!! With proper products it still looks pretty good & had Minimal shedding but that was expected after all the things i just put it through!! If it weren't for the color being off .. I'd give it 5 stars!

. I have a Gina curl (straight variation) and it is hard to find hair that blends with permed hair. I needed something more smooth then and silkier than the hair I usually use. LaaVoo is EXACTLY what I needed! I also have natural brown hair grayish undertones and natural blonde highlights so it’s also super hard to find hair that blends, but this hair I got is the best color match I ever had. I was buying hair that was 200+ dollars and this hair has the same quality as long as you follow the rules and take care of your extensions. I used these for six months and they looked brand new. I still have them for when I put my extensions back in my hair. The color blended perfectly
