This face wash truly saved my skin. I was following an acne regimen from my dermatologist, but I used a prescribed topical too frequently, which left my skin barrier extremely irritated and inflamed. My skin was so sensitive that anything I put on my face would burn, which made it really difficult to find something I could even use. This was the only face wash that did not cause any irritation. This was a really good substitute for me personally. My face would easily dry out and my skin would flake a lot, no matter what products I would use, but I can honestly say that hasn’t been a persistent issue for me anymore since I started using this cleanser. It isn’t irritating at all and it’s non-foaming which is super helpful in not striping the moisture from my face. I also love the texture of it, which is very light weight, soft and smooth. A little really does go a long way and for those with similar issues I was experiencing, I would definitely recommend trying it for yourself ... show more

Note: I am on accutane 30mg, so my skin is super dry The good: This product does not dry my skin out. It's very gentle and feels nice. It kinda feels like I didn't apply enough since it doesn't foam as much. The bad: It slightly stings for the duration it is on, but I believe it's because my skin is so sensitive because of accutane. I told myself I would take a before and after to see if this product really did work, but being lazy and honestly not optimistic about this product I didn’t and I wish it did!!!! I haven’t been able to figure out what has been going on with my face. I’m 41, never had acne or skin issues I all of the sudden broke out with huge unpoppable gross pimples. Deep ones In my skin. All over my face, cheeks, jawline. I changed my diet. I scrubbed my face. Exfoliated. Bought all kinds of products, nothing helped! I didn’t realize how much this was affecting my self esteem and me not wanting to go out. Embarrassed for my husband to see me in the light of day and all the makeup I had to use to cover the bumps and cyst like pimples on ny face, I didn’t realize how painful acne hurts. My face literally hurt from them. Then I came across this product. I first started with the facial lotion. LOVED it! Really no change yet. Then I bought the toner and the cleanser. It’s been about a week and my face is down to maybe 2 small, very small pimples, however old ones that are trying to heal. No new ones! Skin getting smoother by the minute. It’s a Sunday today and we are just hanging around the house and I’m makeup free! I feel good, my face feels and looks good! I pray that my face continues to heal and this product continues to work for me! TRY IT! I have sensitive skin! I had broken out with acne! Of the face cleansers I've tried, I've liked this one the best. It's scentless, cleans well, and doesn't lather -- it's more creamy (which I like). The cleanser feels silky, and makes my skin soft. And yet I don't use it any more... it turns out that I'm allergic to niacinamide and/or ceramide-3. It gives me whiteheads -- clogs pores under the eyes, on my chin, and on my forehead. I'M SO BUMMED!!! The closest product I could find that feels just like this one but doesn't have niacinamide or ceramide-3 is Vanicream, and while it's effective, it doesn't feel as good as this one -- not as silky. So my advice is that if you're not allergic to niacinamide or ceramide-3 to use this product. And to try it out if you're not sure. But if you start getting clogged pores, stop, and use something like (like Vanicream). If only LRP made one that was just like this but without niacinamide and ceramide-3! ... show more
