Old school hair gel. I use it to keep the curl/wave from falling out after I wash my hair. Can get crunchy but nothing a little scrunching can't fix. Cheap and lasts forever because I mix with a bit of water when I apply. Wish it was unscented.

I have been using this for over 10 years. It does get flaky a little bit as the days go on but it is the only thing I have found that keeps my hair looking good. Granted there are probably healthier options but I am on a budget. I don't see myself changing hair products anytime soon.
