I wrote a rather harsh review a while back about this product. I'd tried everything to make it look like the picture, but it always sagged. I waited until after my return window closed to circle back, so in frustration I vented in the review. After writing it, the company emailed me but didn't see the email. THREE times the owner of La Jose Muse tried to reach me! The third email I finally read. All she wanted to do was make it right. They have a 100% satisfaction guarantee (which I'd likely have known if I'd checked instead of just being nasty) and as soon as I replied, she immediately returned my money and said to keep or donate the product. 5 Star customer service is extremely rare in our modern shopping experience and I'd just assumed this company was yet another unreachable and invisible seller. I could not have been more wrong, more humbled, more regretful and more grateful. Thank you La Jolie Muse so much for restoring my faith in service and integrity!

Adorable laundry basket, and it looks exactly as pictured, with one exception. When it is delivered, it comes folded in the packaging, and no matter what you do, this laundry basket will never truly be round. It will do the trick if you can handle it being misshapen, but if you want it to look aesthetically pleasing, this may not be the right basket for you.

I love this laundry hamper. It doesn't hold a huge amount but it does hold at least one full sized load of laundry. It took a few weeks and several fillings up to really get its shape and expand. But it did, and now it looks really nice. If you're looking for a huge hamper, this isn't it. But if you want something that looks great and fits into a corner or compact space, EUREKA!

This really does look upscale. It appears to be well-made and has no odor (as things like this sometimes do.) It was definitely angular when I unfolded it, so I jammed it with four or five throws and two bed pillows, and it rounded out well overnight. I haven't tried to use it just standing empty, so I can't say how floppy it might be. We live in the north and always have a bunch of furry throws on the couch and chairs; I hope this keeps them corralled.

The polka dots were colors I didn’t expect. I would have preferred the plain white. However, didn’t expect red and blue polka dots. Odd combo. Also like others have said, super irritating that it doesn’t stand on its own. I’m hoping this will work itself out. It is well made and good quality however and I’m happy with that. Also not as big as I had expected but my fault for not paying attention to this. Probably for the price, this is what it is and it’s ok.

This is a very well made laundry basket that should last for years and years. I would definitely recommend this to anyone, just make sure to watch the video so you can learn how to get out the creases from shipping. Customer service is excellent with any questions and concerns, and seem to really care about customer satisfaction.

I truly love this basket! I put a couple of throws in to sturdy it up, then a couple to hang over the sides and it looks great. I like the understated colors. The dots looked a bit on the tan side in the photos; however, my basket has brown and gray dots on a cream background. Good value for the price.
