First off, the package was not used, nor was it broken. When I first saw the color of this, I was worried I bought it too dark for me. I was going to return it (unopened) but decided to give it a try. WOW!!! This powder is amazing! The color is just right for my fair to somewhat medium skin color. It looks so natural without looking like I have powder on. I first tried using my brush I normally use for loose powder. It went on okay, but after using the very small and very thin pad this came with, I will continue using that. This powder goes on so smoothly and feels great on my skin. Having said that just to let you know the colors are lighter than they seem , this is my usual makeup and I love the product .
