I've been struggling to find a light foundation or concealer for my skin now that it's considered "mature". My other go to foundations were just sitting on top of my skin, not blending correctly, and looking patchy. Found out about this product and had to try it. It works amazing. No more blending issues, goes on perfectly. It's light and gives a glow. It's not full coverage but full coverage doesn't work for me anymore. Plus it looks more natural which really helps with the "mature" skin I suddenly have. Best foundation for a no make up look. I can wear this without setting and it holds up well on my combination (leaning oily) skin. I can normally get about 8-10 hours out of it. It also wears off in a still wearable way. It isn’t breaking up around my nose, i just notice I can seen more of my skin. It feels like a grown up Glossier Skin Tint. I’ve worn this serum foundation exclusively for almost 2 months now and I have noticed a reduction in breakouts. This is very sheer coverage. But I can put two layers on for a more light coverage look. I have been combining it with a pressed powder on days I need a little more coverage than a second layer can give me. It does have a slight luminous sheen to it, thanks to a mica like shimmer. It is not noticeable on the skin. It layers well with other skin care, cream blush, and my sunscreen. What can I say I love L’Oréal. I’ve used their lumi foundation and their true match foundation and both were great but this tint is my new favorite. First, I want to address people saying that the dropper is messy. I’ve been using this foundation for a few weeks and my dropper is still white. Why? Because I don’t smear the dropper all over my face. This makes your foundations and tints a breeding ground for bacteria. I empty the dropper in the bottle (in the case that the product separated in any way while sitting), then I suction some product and put one drop on the back of my hand. I don’t touch the glass part to my skin. Simply drop the foundation on the back of my hand. THEN I take a fluffy but dense blush brush and apply this foundation to my face from the back of my hand. Overall, this product is great and it’s buildable. I would say the perfect mix of medium and light coverage and the best part is your skin looks like skin! I have very oily skin like blotting my face after one hour of application oily (without setting my face before foundation and applying my matte setter from L’Oréal (I promise I’m not paid for this I just love L’Oréal products)) and this tint holds up great. I agree with other reviews that say this sits on the skin like there's no makeup there... but I add: almost. This is the color 2-3, Light. The color is just too yellow-toned, and also maybe a tad dark to be called "Light". This is definitely not a neutral, at least to my eye, and I'm an artist. I know Loreal is not even saying these colors are neutral. But the foundation is called "Nude" and this color is not nude. Since the color range is minimal, and there isn't a warm/cool/neutral choice within each level, I would think they would not skew the colors so yellow, since that only suits a small portion of users. Of course this will be true even if the color was not so yellow, since the range of colors is so minimal. The color shade 2-3 is correct for my winter skin when I don't have a slight tan I get in the summer (without trying, and even with sunscreen!). However, this color on my skin, with the yellow tone, makes it look like I'm trying to pretend I have a little tan. That's just from the yellow, not from the level of darkness. So maybe I have to resign myself to not being able to use this in winter, and get the 3-4 for summer use, when the yellow will be more appropriate. So I'm giving this product a generous 4 for the great texture, even though the color is wrong for me, at least for about half of the year. I do hope that Loreal will come out with more colors for this foundation. ... show more

I used Clinique exclusively for over 30 years. I was on a trip and left my makeup bag at home. I tried this in a pinch and absolutely love the way it looks and feels on my skin! It is so light and airy! I love the way it slips across my skin and blends/covers so easily!

I wear the shade light medium, which leans a little cooler neutral toned. This foundation goes on and wears like a dream. So lightweight and looks amazing on my 52 year old skin. Only downside is the dropper. But I bought a separate pump here on Amazon. I wear this over my high end foundations.
