It’s great, smells good (like soap, in my opinion) and tastes okay (weirdly also like soap). It’s not sticky, and would be perfect lip gloss if I actually used lip gloss. I have one major concern: the product was open upon arrival. The seal had been broken, and I don’t know if the taste and smell that I described are accurate to what this product is normally like. I am concerned that the smell and taste I noted were signs that something else has been added into it. I took it off immediately once I noticed the taste was permeating into my mouth unnaturally. If the taste and smell are actually meant to be that way, then I can only say that paranoia about the broken seal made me feel something that wasn’t there. It isn’t uncommon for me. I plan to request a replacement, then see how that goes. Apart from my experience, the texture of this lipgloss is amazing. I find lots of lip gloss too sticky, even the Nyx lip gloss that most people I talk to seem to like. With this lip gloss, you can press your lips against each other, open them and close them, and the lip gloss won’t become stringy. It’s a genuine non-sticky lipgloss. UPDATE: My above review still stands! It smells good, isn’t sticky, and feels great as a moisturizer! The odd taste permeating my mouth was definitely placebo effect, as it tastes and smells the same as it did when the seal was broken versus when it wasn’t. I can also see why the seal was broken; it was very easy to break. I’m changing my review to five stars, because it’s a great lip gloss that deserves the recognition. It’s not as good of a lip balm as I had hoped, but for minor chapping, it’s a perfectly good lip moisturizer. It lives up to what it markets itself as: an amazing, non-sticky lip gloss.

As a lady with a lip products purse inside my everyday mom bag I can confirm these soft glosses are top players. I got more colors because I prefer this texture over the ysl glazes, it’s just nicer to use and it’s a clean product. Honestly the revlon and ysl lip glazes are the same product, with different packaging. And I prefer this gloss over the lifter glosses too because it’s non-plumping, without any irritation on the lips. It’s nice by itself and nice over lippies. I use them over the maybelline matt inks and over any other dryer lipstick or liner. I like these over the nyx butter glosses too bemused these L’Oréal ones are thicker in a nurturing soothing softer way. Treat yourself :)) I buy a lot of lip products as I share my goodies with my two daughters and I like to change the colors and textures every few hours. When this gloss is applied over the dry matt inks lipstick, it’s easily removed in the shower. Anyhow, thought to share the hippie fun. This is the softest lipgloss I own, it’s truly lovely and I wish it would come in way more colors, brighter colors and some with shimmers would be nice because this formula is a keeper.

Received the lip gloss in a huge brown envelope, came as promised on time, after the first one was delivered with an empty envelope 2 days ago.
