I had the juicer for 2 yrs . I added a beet to the juicer one day & it broke the juicer . I was shocked since you are not required to cut things up when adding vegetables to the juicer . I’m disappointed , it was working so well & I never thought I would need to get the protection plan but I guess I should’ve . ... show more

I bought this juicer a few months ago, and i have to say, it's by the far best one I've ever used. It runs at a low rpm, making it very quiet while preventing heat buildup. Instead of grinding, it gently squeezes fruits and vegetables to extract juice efficiently. Despite its slow operation, it makes juice fast - you can make a large, fresh cup of juice from apples, carrots, celery and more in under two minutes, thanks to its wide feed chute.
