My spouse suffers from Candidiasis (unable to consume yeast) and Celiac Disease (unable to consume gluten), making it challenging to find commercially available liquid products suitable for her. We also enjoy Costco rotisserie chicken, so we remove most of the meat and once a month, we combine it with the frozen fiber to create plain vegetable and chicken broth, resulting in the most delicious broth we've ever tasted. I have had a centrifugal juicer for years and it was time to get a new juicer. I did my research and chose to get this one because I wanted a juicer that would not be so noisy and heat up the juice so much. I really like this juicer. I use it for soft fruits, harder fruits and vegetables, as well as leafy greens. It works spectacularly and I would buy it as a gift for others as well as for myself again if I needed another. However, it has a 15-year warranty so that is amazing. It looks nice on the counter, does not take up much space and has a heavy base for stability. ... show more

Update: The seller reached out to me and replaced the strainer, no issues. Still the best juicer. I saved to get this particular juicer, however by the 2nd use, the juice strainer mesh ripped. I'm in shock at the moment.

What I like: Quiet Works well for batching lots of juice so you can drink during the week. The pulp comes out dry so you know you are getting maximum juice You can't over stuff the juicer so the juice comes out consistent in quality It's a plus that it can take whole apples, pears, oranges etc It handles fibrous vegetables EASILY, because there is a cutter built in, excellent I've noticed to the other juicers I have the juice does not separate into different layers. EDIT: I've been using it about 2-4 times a weeks. It's never gotten stuck because of the self cutting function. I'm putting so much more fruit and veggies into my system, I love this machine. What I don't like: You can't have it all and although this machine is a 10/10 when it comes to juicing, the cleaning is a pain in the you know where. Personally I wished it would juice quicker but quicker juicing means less quality of juice and I'd rather have better juice. That's really all I don't like, but it's not avoidable.     • Do not waste your money
I bought this juicer because a lot of people said that this juicer was the best on the market. I had this juicer for three weeks and the problem. I had with this juicer Whenever I went to juice anything with it the top of the juicer would unlock itself. It would shut off the motor while I was trying to juice and once you twisted the top back to lock it would do it again. So I sent it back to Amazon. So trust me this juicer is not worth the money. My Daughter bought a Nama j 2 juicer for less the money. I tasted some of the juice she made with her Nama J2 it had a very smooth taste to it unlike the Kuvings did.
