Horrible item. I order this for my girlfriend and was super happy because it was her birthday gift. Hand bag arrived and I gifted too my girlfriend and she was super happy until she noticed! The handbag scratches on the backside of the leather and missing chunk of leather was missing on one of the corners. Totally disappointed by the standards of amazon quality control department sending this garbage of a handbag for a gift! ... show more
