Love this purse, great quality but it could improve on the type of material on the inside. They also need to make a larger pocket to keep your phone. For the money great purchase. Color was brown/black as pictured. I did have to place a heavy book into the purse to flatten it out from packaging.

My beautiful purse broke a handle when I was shopping so I told them that my purse handle is broken and they said we’ll send you a replacement and give you a refund. I never got the replacement. I’ve purchased two variations of this bag. While it looks nice and is functional the handles break easily. Handles on both of the bags broke in the same way. And you can’t fix it so I’m disappointed.
