So I lost my normal fitness tracker when the band broke, and a replacement was going to take 2 months. I bought this as a possible replacement. This tracker does connect to Google fit, which was an important feature to me, as i play some real life games based on activity/steps and i don't always carry my phone when walking. Other important features are notifications - this trackers software allows for text messages and phone calls, but none of my other apps. I want to be able to receive notifications when my camera goes off at my house, when I receive messages from Marco Polo app, when I get a Pokemon Go raid invitation, or when someone unlocks my front doors smart lock, or anything else I choose to be notified about - this tracker doesn't do any of these, only phone calls and texts. These are very important to me, so I won't be using this tracker long term. I will use it temporarily until my other arrives. So depending on what is important to you, this may be fine for you, just not for me. ... show more

I like the band, I like how it charges, I like how it looks, I like how it fits. It seems quite accurate. The app is terrible. First of all, it starts with an ad for a product that I am not interested in. And regardless, what app for a product that you bought is ad based? This is reprehensible. Second, it doesn’t have my desired features. . I have not yet found a way to add steps that I know I took when I had the band off. This is a simple thing to do in the Fitbit app but not in this app. Third, it’s difficult to find anything in the app. Everything is hidden. For example, you have to go to a sublist to find the amount of battery you have left, it’s not displayed when you pull down to synchronize. It should be on every main display of the band. You shouldn’t have to choose between seeing your steps and the time and seeing the battery power. I want to see all three, and there is no way to see the battery power on the band while you’re wearing it unless you choose that display and don’t see the steps on the main display. Bad use of space. I was able to get rid of the green flashing lights when I’m not wearing the band by turning off wrist sense. But that’s a stupid workaround. It should possibly flash a couple lights, more slowly than it does, and then only do it once when you have wrist sense on, and are not wearing the band. Instead of doing it very fast, like a flickering light, repeatedly with no end. I think the very fast flash is dangerous (if you happen to be epileptic, or be around someone who is), and it’s annoying to those to whom it is not dangerous. I’ve seen someone go into epileptic seizures as a result of flashing lights from a fire alarm. It’s not a good thing. You would think the company would see this coming as a lawsuit. So, my mixed feelings lead me to a three star rating. This software engineers and the management have ruined a good effort by the hardware engineers. ... show more

So my high end fitness watch, quit holding a charge. I picked this up as a temporary as if I don’t see the number of steps in a day I don’t get the exercise I usually would. The face cover will scratch very easily. Other than that the watch is durable, seems to do a decent job of counting steps, but I do get a little confused with trying to link it to my messages, etc. I think it’s the updates on my phone that cause it to disconnect and then I have to go back in and redo everything. Not sure however For a fraction of the cost of my other watch, this definitely will be a good temporary replacement. Had it for half a year.     • Not bad for what it is
I ordered it to help get me moving. And I guess it does that. The pros: cute, long battery, tells me the time, tracks work outs and tracks heart rate. The cons: tracks any movement as steps (ANY movement means any... I sleep with it and I toss and turn and when I wake up, it's tracked a few hundred steps.), Doesn't have the date (kind of annoying), and sleep tracking is ok but not great, not much personalization, and to remove the band to charge makes me nervous because I feel like I'm going to break it. In the end, it's a good price and I can work around the annoyances. It's not perfect but it does what I need for an affordable price. ... show more

Unit records fitness activities and heartbeat well. I am am not receiving SMS text notifications from my IPhone, though. I have tried recommended troubleshooting methods but still not successful. Call notifications work well.

Easy interface. The app that they suggest you get for it synched up without any problems. And the battery is still going on that first charge. The YouTube review I saw said it would last 15 days. It's been 13 days and I still haven't had to charge it - it's at 15% right now and I think it will last another two easily. I'm happy with it so far. ... show more
