These are very cute flip flops, but I wouldn't say they are good for plantar fasciitis. They worked great on the beach and looked so good. However, if you have issues with your feet and are looking for arch support, I don't think these offer that. My feet were aching in no time. So I mainly bought these because the part that goes between your toes is material, not plastic. Im glad I did! The material is soft, they're easy to slide on and had surprisingly more cushion than I expected. There are a few downsides, one is the white material does get dirty kind of easy but they're not hard to wipe down with a soapy cloth. Another is that because it is a material, your foot does slide a little in them before the toe part catches you. I have kind of slim feet, so they're roomier than I personally prefer. I wear a size 10 or 10.5 (41 in birkenstocks) and these fit perfectly. The have nice (not outstanding) arch supports. They have a nice thickness so I don't feel the ground through them. They're flexible as others have stated. I'm really glad I didn't go for the more expensive brand!

I have wider feet and typically wear a 10- 10.5 but I ordered these in an 11and they fit good They are lightweight but sturdy. I was able to walk comfortably and easily to the outdoor forest wedding, in a greenhouse and danced all night in these with zero issues. These shoes are that girl. Super comfortable for going to the beach or walking around town. They are slightly taller than most flip flops so if you decide to walk around town with them you won't feel like you're basically walking on dirty sidewalk. Very lightweight and cushioned so I can't imagine that they would give me blisters, especially now that they are worn in and they basically felt worn in as soon as I got them because of the orthopedic arch support. Only thing I don't love about them is the color, I was expecting the khaki color to be more cool toned and go with my undertones better. I found this brand when I was having to change my footwear to heal my plantar fasciitis. Their flip flops do not hurt me. This particular style is more “stylish” than utilitarian. I like them overall, my only complaint is that the knot is very close to the toes so it’s further down than I prefer and it makes me feel a tad uneasy on my feet. Don’t think I’ll get another of this exact style but they are very cushy. And they are cute! ... show more
