It did not fit reuse old mounting brackets thinner than one but looks good if you can reuse old brakes

The hitch does fit a 2001 Silverado 2500HD, what isn’t listed in the description is that it is actually made for an 8 foot bed. When the hitch arrived the instructions let you know that some fabrication is required for a 6.5 foot bed. Nice hitch but way to much work to install.

Despite some reviews saying they have had a very negative experience with this seller. Me on the other hand am very pleased. The bumber was very well packed to protect it from anything that may happen during transit. It was delivered in 2 day's which was very surprising to me and am very excited to get it put on. Only thing negative I have to say was the hardware (bolts and screws) etc where packed loose and had to do some fishing to get them out of the bumper.
