Originally I ordered the XXL model for my office. I was thrilled with the quality and feel of the mouse pad. Then I realized that I should have gotten the largest size, or the XXXL. So I immediately placed an order for the largest model they made. When it arrived, I gave the smaller size to a coworker and anxiously completed my desktop with my new XXXL Ktrio extended gaming mouse pad. However, I noticed small imperfections, almost like wrinkles on both sides of the pad. These wrinkles did not effect performance, but was a bit distracting and minimally frustrating. I expected the same high quality smooth surface just as the fist one I ordered. Ktrio happened to send me an email asking if the product was okay. I was not going to contact them, because performance was not effected and the lines were only slightly distracting. Regardless, I explained the situation and the service representative immediately offered to send me a replacement and explained to keep the old one. I realize it is just an inexpensive mouse pad, and that small companies need all the 5 star reviews they can get. However, I really didn't expect a replacement to be offered and sent out so quickly. I appreciate Ktrio standing behind their products. The new pad arrived today, and it is just as perfect as the first one. I am very pleased. Plus, because they told me to simply keep the defective one, someone at my office will be getting a barely used, XXXL mouse pad for their computing pleasure. Looking for an extended mouse pad, I stumbled upon this product. At the time of writing this review, it only has 13 reviews. Comparitivly, there are plenty of other mouse pads on amazon, with many more positive reviews. However, I decided to give this one a shot, considering the fact that I appreciated no branding on the pad, and it’s relatively low price. Upon receiving it, it comes rolled up in the box shown. I wasn’t sure whether it would come out with any unnecessary creases bends, but to my surprise, it laid perfectly flat on my desk the second i set it down. The mouse glides perfectly on the pad, and the keyboard sits nice and firm, as well as the mouse pad itself thanks to the non-slip base. Additionally, it is in fact waterproof, and the stitched sides are a nice touch as well, preventing it from ripping. The only possible downside I could think of is of course the smell from the initial unboxing of it, however that is to be expected, considering virtually almost every other extended mouse pad I had looked at had this. However, you can easily wash it to prevent the smell, or just wait a little bit for it to eventually go away. Overall, an amazing product for a great price. If your on the lookout for an extended mouse pad, look no further, and consider buying this one. You won’t be disappointed. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. The mouse pad I purchased size is XXL (31.5" x 15.7"), big enough for both of my shoulders and hand to rest on top of. The term "Waterproof" on the title or the name of this product, is a really strong word. I personally call it "Water resist", and I am really happy with this water resistance against water. Accessories used in the video of cleaning the H2O: *Regular napkins *McDonald's napkins *Regular napkins, with water soaked. *My hand... to sweep the napkin dust. Note : I recommend not using tissue/napkin, when it comes to cleaning. Overall, I love this thing because of the price of the large mouse pad for my wallet, no watermark/logo, and the water resistance this thing have is almost perfect. I rate this 4.8 out of 5. Since 4.8 is Greater and equal to 5, I just rate this a 5 star. ... show more

Sturdy, comfortable and stealthy. Zero branding and does the job for a very affordable price. It has a strong scent when you first use it but worry not it's just rubber! it wears off eventually if you either pop it in the machine or just stomach it for a few days.

I had a cheap mousepad before and it served its purpose for general use. However, as I am trying to become a competitive gamer, I knew I would need something that could handle my uses a bit better. My old one was fairly small and no grip on the bottom whatsoever. Unlike many other people, I didn't notice ANY smell coming from it, it came perfectly. It rolled onto my desk smoothly and stayed flat. The biggest surprise for me was how SMOOTH my mouse glides over it. At first, I couldn't believe it because it took no effort at all to move my mouse. It took some getting used to since it was so easy to move around but after I got the hang of it, it made everything 100x better. Even after 2 months of constant usage, it has held up perfectly. If you are looking for something that is extremely functional and looks amazing (no branding!), look no further. Trust me, you'll love this as much as I do! :) ... show more

When looking for larger mouse pads there's usually the two sides - you have something more office-oriented (just enough to politely balance a mini keyboard and a very portable mouse) or something for gamers (that is branded with anything they can possibly think of). This mousepad is a great texture and feels better than my previous steel series (certainly thicker) and the shape is the best for a keyboard / mouse setup (I have my ducky and a M55 and do not feel cramped in the slightest - i keep my controller on the top right corner and my mouse has never hit it). My only complaint is that the bezel'd sides cause for dust and stuff to get caught in it. It comes out easily with a harder brush or a plastic card but it's a part that quickly gets dirty when compared to the rest. That being said as long as you're not eating chips or crumbly things around it you're all good. ... show more

The only negative I can come up with about this mouse pad is the smell. The plastic, rubbery smell that you get when purchasing new items from online retailers. I should’ve expected it, but I didn't and it hit my nostrils pretty hard. but I'm not that type of guy that would take a star off for something like this, I could honestly care less!
