The media could not be loaded. So while it worked, I loved this drill! My partner even commented on how much quieter is was, and I was so taken by the sparkly gems and beautiful interface. However, it got increasingly glitchy each use and by the 4th time I used it, it wouldn’t start. I don’t know if this is user error - I attached a video of what it does when I try to use it now. I’m at a standstill with no e file again. I contacted support right away. I’m outside the refund window (this sat in its box for a while before being used) but support still accepted my request for an exchange! Not only that, but they are not having me send back the defective one! To top the cake, I spoke to support yesterday, and the new one is set to arrive by the time I finish work today. While I can’t quite speak on the quality of the product because I received a defective item, service was 10/10. Worth it! I’ll update only if there are issues with the replacement.

I've been using this efile for years now, and it is by far my favorite efile (I have others but this one wins over all of them) I have used in in a long time. It's so quiet and there is no vibration. I use it at 35k for product removal and it's smooth like butter. Works beautifully at lower speeds with no lagging at all and it's so easy to use. You do have pause also, which is a huge HUGE plus for me. The hand piece is slender and feels so nice in your hand. It's not heavy at all which is also a plus. This thing is powerful! I think the lavinda brand is very underrated in my opinion, the quality of their products is amazing and the price is insane. Their products feel far more luxury then the price that's for sure. The rhinestone powder supply is so beautiful and shines so brightly, I have people always asking me where I got it and I always blab about how much I love the Lavinda brand. Highly, HIGHLY recommend this for anyone starting out or more experienced nail techs. This is a wonderful efile worth every penny.

Brought it for my sister because she’s practicing to be a nail tech and she fell in love with the locking feature for the nail bit! I personally liked the bedazzled bit but whatever floats her boat haha. Anyways it was great quality and easy to use.
