I truly cannot believe you only have to pay $70 for a quality bass guitar in 2024. This bass arrived in brand new condition, had good action and intonation right out of the box, no sharp fret ends, even the strings sound fine! The body is very light and there is a bit of neck dive but that's my only complaint. Sounds and feels great and can't beat the price!

I’ve been a bassist for almost 50 years. I’ve played many cheap as well as expensive basses. This PJ bass out of the box was set up nicely. No sharp frets, action was low, and the bass is not heavy. The pickups aren’t bad but I may change them out for EMG’s (maybe). I play through a MarkBass head and Peavey 410 in church and it cuts through the mix beautifully. I love the black pickguard on black body with the maple neck. I’m very pleased with this bass

I bought this for my husband for Christmas who hasn't played bass for 20+ years. Recently he wanted to play again. He's happy with the quality and sound. Only thing I added was a stand for it. Speaker was surprisingly good also.

Great color with black pickgaurd. Well balanced, perfect string height. It has an extra jazz pickup and vol control. And the little amplifier actually hits every note open E to high notes all the same tone same volume if it had a line out it could be plugged into the house system. The whole kit came very well packed so no worries worries there. If you need an extra p bass for practice or backup go for it. I have Fender USA jazz and fretless so I can assure that this is a decent bass.

This thing is excellent no fret buzz tuned right up out of the box. I am not disappointed at all worth every freaking penny this bass has features you'd see on guitars triple and quadruple it's price. If you are looking for a home studio solution or something to learn on get you one of these!

For the price of this guitar I was shocked it being so nice and has a great sound fast shipping as well but it doesn’t have the control nobs marked but that’s no biggie overall seems to be a pretty good guitar so far
