Perfect Starter Set

For less than $100 you’re not gonna get the best amp or the best guitar. That’s not what I bought this for though. I bought this because I’m very busy and I may not feel good about spending upwards of $300 for a starter guitar and just leaving it in the corner for a couple weeks. I know how to take care of guitars more or less. If you’re a teenager or younger and you’re getting this guitar for the first time you’re gonna be very happy. You’ll learn how to string a guitar, you’ll learn how to tune your guitar, you’ll learn how to play with the knobs and get the right sound out of your amp. Every great musician has a story of the secondhand guitar they got for super cheap at a pawnshop or from a parent or from a grandparent. Those stories are far and few between now because everything is more expensive or comes in a set; Here it is, the cheap guitar that you can mess around with and look back and say “Maybe it wasn’t the best but it’s by far my favorite”. If you want further proof, look up the cost of Billy Corgan’s guitar on the song Mayonnaise. He spent 45 bucks and had a very strange whistle to it because it was so cheap and ended up becoming one of the most iconic songs. Like most things in the world it’s not how much money you spend on it but how much time that’s gonna make you good. This is an excellent purchase. I’m glad I did it. I’ll probably hand this down to my nephew when I’m done with it. In the meantime, I’m using this with rock Smith on my Xbox and I’m having a blast. ... show more

A great value at this price point
Color: Matte Black
I wanted a guitar to keep in the practice room, and this worked good. Yes it is full size, yes it comes with everything pictured. The intonation was not set up (of course) but a super value for the money and an extra guitar so I don't have to carry one back and forth so often.

Great Sound and Quality Build
Color: Brown Sunburst
This electric guitar exceeded my expectations. The tone is rich and versatile, working well for both clean and distorted sounds. It stays in tune nicely, even after long sessions, and the build quality feels solid and durable. The neck is comfortable to play, making chords and solos smooth and easy. Perfect choice for beginners and intermediate players who want a reliable instrument without breaking the bank. ... show more

Good cheap guitar

Amp a little fuzzy. But good for the price and it arrived 3 days early.

Better than expected!
Color: Gradient Purple
Review Image by Amazon Customer
I spent 4 hours at guitar center yesterday and picked up probably 10 $1000 guitars for myself and most of them had worst craftsmanship than this one. The frets aren’t all rough like I expected and the tuners aren’t all that bad. The bridge tho is 100% cheapo like you’d expect. Doesn’t sound terrible though I’m running it through Ndsp on my computer so just about anything sounds good. Much better quality than I thought! ... show more

You get what you pay for
Color: Tiger Purple
A somewhat decent beginner guitar. Strings and amp are pretty much worthless though. After a string change it’s pretty solid. A few manufacturing defects but nothing significant or that affects the performance.

Does not disappoint.
Color: Gradient Purple
This was my first guitar purchase. Other than a slight issue with the strap the guitar itself is a work of art. Beautiful sound and an appealing finish. Loving it.
