Description

This listing is only for the bimini top; it does not include the tower Get out of the sun and ride in the shade with Krypt Towers' new Over or Under tower bimini boat top. This top can be mounted in either an over the tower position or you can mount it under the tower like standard tower bimini tops. Krypt bimini's provide up to 6' of cool shade for those hot summer days, is solid/rattle free, and requires no straps. This bimini frame is made with an adjustable 1" OD seamless stainless steel tubing and all stainless steel hardware. Fabric is made with 1200 Denier Heavy Duty Canvas. Bimini is 6' in length. Installation requires no drilling. This bimini will fit all Krypt Towers and will fit many other brands: if you do not have a Krypt Tower please email us to check before you order. Choose the proper bimini for your boat's width (this is the beam measurement in your boat's owners manual; not the width of your tower).Features Over/Under tower bimini top. I was looking for Bimini options to install on our Monster MTI Wakeboard Tower. The version on Monster's site was $1200 (Cargo Bimini) and it also didn't include an 'over the top' installation option. This Krypto Bimini is very well made AND INSTRUCTIONS are included as a .pdf file. I mistakenly didn't read the full response from the vendor initially, which contained this information. The takedown and setup up is also really easy. We just leave front portion zipped up and ravel it around the frame for storage & travel with reusable zip ties. I highly recommend product for use on any compatible tower. We love it!! ... show more

Nothing bad to say about it. No instructions included, so you should watch a couple YouTube videos. You do have to just sorta make it fit your application. I used various bungee cords to hold it up while installing, but a 2nd set of hands might prove helpful. Make sure to check for any loose clamps or bolts during or after first couple uses. It looks awesome, and can stand up to high winds on the lake, but take the canvas off of the frame for towing. I found that doing all the zippers first, then doing the velcro flaps after works best. ... show more

I bought this for my Sea Ray 230. Took a few days to process and l received it about a week later. All the materials were wrapped and seemed like a good quality purchase. After I unwrapped everything I noticed there was no instructions inside the box. This was alittle off putting but l was able to find enough photos online to figure it out. Took me a few hours to install and most of that was due to adjusting everything to get it just how l wanted it. I gave it 4 stars because of no instructions but it’s a 5 star product. Make sure you get the set of instructions emailed to you - The pictures in the instructions really help. I did an over tower install and I am totally pleased with results - no rattles - solid construction and parts. I dropped a small part in the water as i was doing the install by myself and the customer service rep promptly sent me a new one at no charge. Could not be happier with the bimini and the shade I now have on the boat. ... show more

We really like the product, only downfall is they did not send instructions. When you place your order be sure to request instructions or the link to instructions. Apparently they are online but they do not inform you of this ahead of time or how to locate them.

    • Big bimini top for lots of shade!
Was easy to assemble. Had to mount over the tower because too wide, but the mounts were not in the box. When I notified the company, they were shipped and I received them within 2 days. Love our new Bimini top it's nice to have shade!!
