Update: Stopped functioning entirely 4 days after return period ended. Worst waste of money in my life. So far so good. I’m very pleased with my purchase. I’m pretty handy so it was like kindergarten setting it up and attaching modifications to make it work for my space. I’m replacing a Panda washer with this one and honestly I like this one much better assuming it lasts the same 5 years my Panda lasted and there are no future issues. No leaks, larger capacity than my panda which was a 17 pound loader. I used to jam that thing too full and had to add extra water with buckets but this one I put about the same amount in and it’s all nice and free to move around in there which is why I ordered the 25 pound capacity. Super happy with this. The only flaws I noticed was a spot of what looked like hot glue on the back which was easy to peel off, there’s a discoloration on the front in the plastic that looked like something bumped it pretty good but it doesn’t affect use or bother me (much), and there was some sort of red powder underneath the protective plastic stickers that looked more like paprika than rust. Rust would be made more sense because of the leftover water in the unit from the manufacturer testing the functionality so not sure what that was. I made sure not to touch it and I wiped the entire unit well with dish soap and water.

This washing machine is one of the very best purchases I have ever made on Amazon. Believe me, that is saying a lot considering how much I order from Amazon!! I have been using this machine for 8 months without a single issue. It makes me happy every time I use it. I have a bit of a unique situation with the machine. We bought this machine to have as a second washer and it is used outdoors. We built a pantry type cabinet for it and set it on concrete. It drains directly out to gravel. We leave the drain hose stretched out and keep steel wool in the opening when not in use. We only have cold water going to it. We do a huge amount of outdoor work and our clothes can get extremely dirty. I didn’t want to put these clothes in my “good” washer! Plus, we have a dog that sheds like crazy, and we live in a windy place that blows dirt and sand into all of our outdoor pillows, throw, etc. This washer has gone way beyond any expectations I had. I have never failed to take anything out of the washer that is not squeaky clean. I just can’t believe what a great job it does - and with only cold water. The amount it holds is very surprising. All of the controls work perfectly. There are so many options on this machine. It does everything! The clean and self drying cycles are an added bonus. The lint trap really grabs the dog hair and makes it easy to dispose of. I just cannot say enough good things about this washing machine. It is such a joy and a pleasure to own and use it. Also, it was delivered quickly and packaged extremely well. I did a lot of research on portable washers before making my purchase. I am so happy that I bought this one. Actually, I find I am using it more and more for things I used to wash in my other washer. I know everyone has different situations and experiences, but for me, I could not be happier. I did not know this until I received the washer that in order to drain properly, the drain hose can be no higher than 10cm. So not hooking into where a regular washer would drain or even putting in a bath tub. And I tried to drain it without laying it flat and it would not properly or completely drain. The inlet attachment was tightened completely and still sprayed all over the room. And you can only hook up to a single point, not warm and cold. I was so excited to have a washer of this size that spin drys in the same tub. And I am now SO INCREDIBLY disappointed. Ugh, I wish it was different. UPDATE: Customer service was GREAT! I received a new washer to give it another try. The water does drain up the hose to where a regular washer hookup would drain. However, at the end you are left with a little bit of water in the hose. I set the machine on top of a small stand, and at the end of each washing session, I lower the hose and put the machine on tub dry only for a couple minutes. This drains the remaining water into a container of my choosing, with which I collect the water and then dump it down the sink. The first few times I used the washer there was a burning smell after it was done, but the burning smell has gone away. The agitator doesnt seem as powerful as some twin tub washing machines Ive used...however, I think this can be remedied by not putting as many clothes in the tub.

I have had my portable washer going on 2 years. Love it. Don't have to go to a laundry mat not use community washers and dryer at my complex. Where if I leave for a sufficient amount of time my clothes have been ransacked and stolen. I really enjoy this and I love it and I'm sure anybody likes it well

I was very lucky that I kept on checking on the delivery of this product because we were upstate in our seasonal place only for two weeks before closed and I wanted the Washing Machine delivered up there. For some reason that distributor decided to send it to our residence which is 2 1/2 hours away. I was able to notice this before it was delivered and I was able to get FedEx to hold onto it until Amazon contacted the seller to have them correct the address In the end, I got it, before we left our seasonal place. I was able to use it twice. It’s a nice little machine works well. I bought the roller that goes underneath it so I can roll it and all in all I’m happy with it. It was a bit of a struggle to get it, but in the end, I finally got it although I ordered gold and got gray, at least it works
